Extremely supportive environment with professional, friendly and empathic staff. Haley in particular was so supportive during my appointment, she made it much easier for to attend and feel comfortable. The staff always go the extra mile to reassure me and take the treatment at my pace. I would strongly recommend this practice, particularly to anyone who is nervous or anxious about treatment.

Had a root canal here yesterday and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The dentist was professional, reassuring, and explained everything clearly throughout the treatment. The whole team were friendly and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. Considering how nerve-racking a root canal sounds, the procedure was far smoother and more comfortable than I expected. Highly recommend this practice!

This is a lovely dental practice. The atmosphere is always upbeat and friendly. I feel like they genuinely care about my dental health, rather than it being just a transaction. The clinic itself is pleasant to spend time in and the location is great too.

This practice does not adequately remind elderly patients of their appointments. They claim reminder texts are sent, however a look through the negative reviews shows that my family is not alone in experiencing this issue. As a result, patients are charged for missed appointments and the same slot is then rebooked, effectively leading to double payment. Since going private, the practice appears increasingly focused on profit rather than patient care. Pensioners are being deprived of basic dental cleanings, and even in emergencies it is extremely difficult to secure an appointment. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

The staff were friendly and professional, and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. I received excellent reassurance and fantastic care from Chris and Katie throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable and well looked after, and I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism.

I can’t recommend this dental practice enough! Dr. Vanessa Caldeira made the whole process such a positive experience. The staff are wonderful. Very friendly, welcoming, and they go above and beyond (even offering drinks). I loved that they used innovative tech to show me what was going on, rather than just telling me. It’s a warm, comfortable environment that puts you at ease. Easily one of my favourite places for dental care
