Chilwell Dental Practice - Beeston

Actual appointment experience was pretty good - only around 5 mins delay, dentist and assistant were friendly. Check-in was quick using a tablet. Good reminders over email and text in lead up to appointment. Dentist was a little rough on my gums which were already sensitive but nothing crazy. Lost a star because I had two appointments cancelled by the surgery for no clear reason and when I asked what was going on I was told they had essentially had too large an influx of new patients. Did get seen eventually though, months later, third time lucky.

Being a military spouse we move every two years, so I've seen a lot of different dentists. This is by far the best dentist I've ever had. The staff are lovely and friendly, and my dentist Maria is amazing, she has a very calming nature and puts you at ease straight away.

Dr. Soheil Naimatullahi is honestly one of the best dentists I’ve ever seen. His work is absolutely amazing, very professional, gentle, and perfect in every detail. He makes patients feel comfortable and cared for, and the results are always beyond expectations. Truly an outstanding doctor with incredible skills and a kind personality.

I used to be a patient before it went fully private 2 years ago. I'm so pleased they are now offering an NHS dentist there again. On arrival the reception staff were welcoming and friendly engaging in conversation. The dentist I saw today was so lovely, his assistant was kind and both were friendly and helped with my phobia of dentists. My health, wellbeing, teeth and mouth tissue was discussed and the treatment plan explained in detail. The appointment was not rushed and I am so pleased to be able to have Chilwell DP as my dentist again. A lovely welcoming practice with lovely staff.

My first time at a dentist in a long time. They were all very warm and welcoming. I am rather unsure of dentists from past experiences but Mr Hussain made me feel relaxed and at ease from the moment I sat down. I shall be going back again.

I had a scan with the Dental Nurse May this morning. She was very gentle and explained everything very carefully. She showed me through the images afterwards and will be passing them onto my Dentist for her review. Thank you May for your care and patience.

Always a good experience here. The reception staff are always friendly and efficient, and Ash Eldawi is a fantastic dentist, he's so friendly and personable, and is very considerate too. I highly recommend Ash, and the wider Chilwell Dental Practice.
