Impressions Dental Care

I went to Impressions as I am a dental phobic and hate needles. They have a 'magic wand' injection machine which gives 99% pain free injections. I have had a tooth out (painless) and root canal work (mild discomfort for 30 seconds). Lee is great, takes his time, explains everything and makes doubly sure that you are well anaesthetised before starting work. If you have a fear of dentists this the place to go.

First visit with Lee who was extremely thorough and very professional .Puts you at ease and carefully explains any issues you may or may not have. The reception staff are equally as polite and welcoming and all in all would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone. Thank you I too use this surgery and also see Lee. I am delighted with every aspect starting with a friendly receptionist Lyn . Check up examinations are very thorough . I have had teeth extracted and plates put in. My new teeth fit very well and are comfortable and not a problem to eat with. I was really frightened of seeing a new dentist based on previous experience but had no cause to be . Was treated with great care and attention. My appointment was very slightly delayed but was kept well informed and even offered a coffee while I was waiting. A first in spending nearly seventy years having the pleasure of attending dentist appointments! I had a minor problem with a tooth. Was seen almost immediately and a filling was carried out on the spot. Impeccable service.

Pleasant experience as always. Lee is such a gentle dentist and makes me feel so at ease especially as i'm a nervous patient. The ladies on the desk are friendly and helpful and we have a cheeky laugh.

Been going here for years. As a really really nervous patient, they have been fantastic both in calming my nervousness and the quality of the work. Everything is fully explained, time is taken for pauses if necessary, and it never feels rushed.

Very happy with service. Lee is an awesome dentist. Each time he explained everything and answered every single one question (because had a bad experience elsewhere - i had a lot of them). He makes sure that you do understand the process and you are happy with it. He really look after his patients ( my partner and myself are really happy with the service). He gave me a few options to sort my problem out and gave me recommendations. So if your budget is smaller, he will advise what you can do aswell. If you want the top service and can afford it - he will provide it too. His attitude and approach is amazing. Very friendly atmosphere in dentist room (? Sorry). Ladies in reception are friendly and helpful.
