About this dentist practice. I would like to highly commend my dentist, Ricky. He is exceptionally polite, caring, and professional, and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. However, I wanted to bring to your attention a significant contrast in the service provided by the front desk. While some reception staff are consistently helpful, knowledgeable and greet you well making the patient feel welcome, I have found other reception staff to be quite dismissive and unhelpful. It is unfortunate, as this behavior reflects poorly on the high standard of care provided by the clinical team and their more professional colleagues.

I've had the teeth whitening system and I was a little nervous about the sensitivity after use. But the dentist explained everything so well and was so helpful that I feel more confident now. I would definitely recommend the practice and Thank you so much for everything

Not great. Been going since I was old enough to go to the dentist and over the years the place seems shabbier and the waiting areas look a mess/dirty. Last time I went they were 35 mins late for my appointment. Not to mention while I was waiting, 2 patients walked out and exclaimed how painful a simple checkup was🫣I have also had negative experiences with multiple dentists, being sharply told "that shouldn't hurt" when I winced during a filling, feeling judged for having a severely broken tooth after explaining it was from grinding due to really stressful personal issues, and the latest: I mentioned a sensitive tooth to be told "try sensodyne toothpaste, if that doesn't work have a root canal" without any other context or even an xray to confirm the cause of the issue - bit of a jump from toothpaste to root canal!! Really don't understand the positive reviews here, might just be me, but after some 18 years coming to Eastwood dental, I'm finally going to take my services elsewhere. It's a shame, never really had a problem as a kid. Reception staff are kind though.

Recently registered at this Dental Practice and so far I’m really satisfied! The check up app was within days since calling, however extraction appointment was scheduled 3 weeks ahead. Sooner appointment was possible when I called first thing in the morning- managed to get appointments the same day. My dentist is really friendly and swift, very polite and professional. Car park is available across the street behind pub or round the corner. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. Dr. Darpan Rekhi explained me very well all the procedures and his kind voice eased my anxiety. Highly recommended! Even my kids enjoyed the dentist visit!

The dentists here have always been all right, but they seem to leave very quickly. The hygienist appointment had to be private. I was given two different reasons for this, neither was convincing. A large, non-returnable deposit was taken. I was told I would have to have a second appointment to finish the job, just like other reviewers. I have never had to have a second visit with any NHS hygienist appointments.

It was my first consultation at Eastwood dental, with me having really bad dental anxiety, I took the leap and changed my dental practice, I had Ricky (dentist) and Jayde (dental nurse) they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Took it step by step so I didn’t get overwhelmed. Explained everything for my understanding. Very friendly, patient and understanding. I have more confidence for when I go back for my treatments. The young lady on the reception was very welcoming and friendly. All around a good experience. Which I haven’t had at my previous dental practice. Also they where very patient with my youngest who is autistic and has high sensory issue which put my mind at ease so much
