Broxtowe Lane Dental Clinic

The whole experience. First time patient appointment. Receptionist was lovely. Had to wait 10mins past my appointment but I was given an apology as soon as I was called in. Both the dentist and hygienist were welcoming and made me feel at ease. My appointment wasn't rushed and everything was explained fully. I was recommended this dentist by my family member due to them making nervous patients at ease. I highly recommend it!

Ive had quite a few procedures done here and everything about this dentist is perfect. All the staff are amazing, polite and just bloody good at their jobs. They care about their patients feelings they dont judge and if every other dentist was like Colosseum then people who are terrified through bad experiences would realise that the doesn't have to be such a terrifying thing. I used to be physically sick before an appointment I'd shake and cry uncontrollably I'd be awake the night before panicking about it. Now I dont shake im not scared at all but I did have a tiny cry whilst I was in there the other day but that was because this amazing dentist is going to help my smile as she's fixing my horrible crooked front teeth. She really was amazing. I can't give enough praise to them.

I suffer from anxiety and a fear of dentist but from the time you enter the building you are met with some amazing people who know what you want and then direct you to the correct place. The dentist himself took time to look after my needs and didn't rush anything taking time to make sure I had what I needed.

Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and as a nervous patient, it helps to put you at ease! Dentist and his nurse were lovely as always and have me laughing to keep me at ease.

Aidan explained every step of the way and was very patient with my questions (in pain, mouth full, etc...). However, at times, he was not listening and felt like because he knew was he was doing he was so immersed into it that he was not actively listening. But that's a minor.

The dentist is a great professional who explained to me the need for scanning and urgent filing of teeth which has made a huge difference The dentist was friendly and also has great customer service skills

Staff is so rubbish, arrogant and so rude and doesn't care about the dental clinic business or their job and they don't care about customer. Rubbish customer service from them. I don't recommend this dental practice at all.
