Victoria Promenade Dental Practice - Northampton

I’ve had a couple of appointments at this dentist and they have been absolutely lovely. Reception are always happy and helpful, my dentist is kind and caring but honest about what I need to improve upon (less fizzy drinks is a start) I feel lucky to have an NHS space and I wouldn’t hesitate to pay for a private treatment here if it was needed. This is a great practice.

I had a really positive experience during my recent visit. Linda was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable at every step. Simona, the dental nurse, was equally wonderful—friendly, attentive, and very supportive. Together, they made a great team and created a calm, welcoming environment. I truly appreciate the high level of care and professionalism they both showed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

This was my first appointment at the dentist as a private patient with Dr Nitin.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two lovely receptionists who were very welcoming, with big smiles on their faces. As an anxious patient, this made a real difference. They spoke to me kindly and explained what would be happening, which I really appreciated. However, as a private patient, having to wait 50 minutes past my appointment time was extremely disappointing. There was no communication to let me know the clinic was running behind. I also want to make clear that I do not expect the reception team to apologise on behalf of the dentist — this is not a reflection on them at all. They were polite and professional throughout. That said, when I was eventually called in, I did not receive an apology for the delay. I completely understand that appointments can overrun, but a simple acknowledgement or apology from the clinician would have gone a long way — especially when paying privately for the service.

So far this dental surgery has been brilliant, efficient, thorough, friendly, gentle and kind. However the waiting areas very much need some tlc.. they look and smell very neglected. The treatment rooms are clean and air conditioned.

Excellent service, from the dental receptionist to the assistant and dentist. I recently became ill so have trouble with most things atm. However the amazing team look after me from when I get in there to when I leave letting me take my time when needed even putting me downstairs so I don't have to climb the stairs. 10/10

I had a appointment today for the first time . I saw Mr Bhadresh Ahir and his very friendly nurse who both made me feel very comfortable. I had a very thorough examination and was really happy with my appointment. I am so pleased that I am now a patient at this dentist and would thoroughly recommend them .
