Str8 Smiles

Str8 Smiles were to be taking over from My Clinique who were closed down after receiving an unsatisfactory CQC report towards the end of 2024. I had paid thousands of pounds to My Clinique for their alignment program. Str8 Smiles did send me a link and I completed a registration form a supposedly guaranteeing continued care. That was quite a while ago and I’ve heard nothing from them since. I’m desperately needing further treatment now but there is no way of contacting anyone. Total disgrace!

These were meant to be taling over from myclinique who vanished into thin air with my money! I was sent a text asking me to register in January, we are now into April and nothing has been done! No refurbishment is being done to the building and I'm stuck paying a finance company for treatment I didn't receive or may never do! I do habe a feeling that the old owners have started this 'new company' to keep everyone happy until the new company also dissappear!

Supposedly taking over from Myclinique who went bust taking everybody's treatment money, and Str8 Smiles did email me for my treatment details, getting my hopes up of possibility of continuing treatment. But then never seen or heard from again and phone number doesn't exist. Total waste of space.

Str8 smiles took over from mycliniq. Phone number doesnt work and even they dont respond to emails. Really angry not sure what to do. I lost my thousands of pound.

Had my teeth started with braces had them on 7 years no improvements were made with my teeth I was lucky if I got an appointment within each month they left me a whole year with no appointments now I have missing brackets no wire to pull my teeth together and now I have to wait to get into a new orthodontist they never even told me they were closing down so I went to my appointment and no one was there it was the builders that turned round and told me they had been closed down they fully neglected my teeth and I am going to be taking this further for the neglect
