I had a fantastic experience with this dental practice during my very first root canal treatment. I booked an emergency appointment after suffering from a severe toothache for days, and from the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly professional and caring. They quickly examined my tooth, took X-rays, and clearly explained the problem. They prescribed antibiotics to reduce the inflammation and created a clear treatment plan for the root canal. Everything, including the procedure and costs, was explained in detail, and I really appreciated that the payment could be split across each visit, making it much more manageable. I'm now completely pain free and so happy with my new crown. It looks and feels amazing. What really stood out was the level of care between appointments. The team called after visits to check how I was feeling and made sure everything was healing well. They were always reassuring and let me know that if anything didn't feel right, they would do their best to see me as soon as possible. The entire team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cares about their patients. I can't thank them enough for turning what I expected to be a scary experience into such a positive one. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you're nervous about dental treatment.

My first visit to Northampton Dental Hub. I contacted Northampton Dental Hub to enquire about having a filling replaced. They display their prices online so there are no hidden charges. I found that when searching for a dentist a lot of dental practices are not very transparent with their fees which put me off contacting them. This is not the case with The Northampton Dental Hub. I had a hole in my tooth that I wanted to get seen to as soon as possible. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged an appointment for me to be seen the following day. The Dentist was very clear in explaining my options and the best course of treatment. So, a follow up appointment was booked to have my filling dealt with. The whole experience was very quick and stress free. The facilities at the Dental Hub are very clean and modern. Parking is easy with plenty of parking spaces right out side the building. Access is easy with no stairs or steps to negotiate. The staff, very polite and helpful. I would recommend The Northampton Dental Hub and plan to visit them in the future for my routine dental checkups.

I had such a great experience here, genuinely 10/10. I booked an emergency appointment through their 24/7 hotline and was seen the very next day, then had my treatment the day after that which was so quick and efficient. The whole team was really friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Ibrahim and Sushma, they made me feel completely at ease the entire time. They were so kind and even played my favourite songs during the appointment which made the experience so much more comfortable. Honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had, I’d definitely come back and recommend them to anyone.

Had a lovely experience at the Northampton Dental Hub. Great facilities and the kindness and friendliness of staff were outstanding. Had an emergency appointment booked for the same day and at the appointment I was explained everything from what the issue was to treatment plans, procedures and prices. I even received a call the following day from the receptionist ensuring I was ok following treatment and if I had and questions or concerns. From a patient point of view this is lovely. I will DEFINITELY be visiting again in the future.
