The Elms Dental Practice - Northampton

I have been receiving orthodontic treatment from Arti for over 18 months and I would highly recommend anyone considering treatment. I have previously sought out orthodontic treatment but not felt comfortable with the orthodontist which is why I am now undertaking treatment at the grand age of 42! Arti put me at ease straight away and I don't have any worry about my next appointments. She is very honest about the possibilities and works very efficiently with Tilly who is also lovely. Highly recommend!

Lovely surgery from the friendly helpful receptionists to the service received. Particularly pleased with the service my elderly mum received from Dr Sangeetha Pallipurath, the patience and kindness my mum received was much appreciated, despite nhs time pressures she treated my mother with dignity and did not rush her, acknowledging her anxiety and checking she was ok throughout the procedure.

My experience at Elms Dental Practice with Dr Adil-Ur Rahman Abdullah has been outstanding. He has helped me to develop a simple dental care routine which has significantly improved the strength and health of my teeth and gums. I am so pleased to have been moved to annual appointments due to these improvements. He has achieved these results without any need for expensive dental work. Can’t thank Dr Adil enough and highly recommend the practice 🙂

Reception staff always Friendly and helpful. Never felt so relaxed in a Dentist chair as I do here. Glad I moved across to them. Just waiting to get the rest of the family in now!

Seen next day with emergency problem with a filling coming out. The treatment I received from Atil and his assistant was first class. He was thorough and professional making me feel at ease and the final finish to my tooth is perfect. Well done.

Extremely professional experience. My grandson, aged 5, and I were given thorough examinations and detailed explanations. My grandson was even given the opportunity to see my x rays. His experience of going to the dentist couldn't have been more positive.

Not great really, no notification on booking in system change so had to navigate through a lengthy process on iPads without my glasses. Also, my appointment was pushed back by 30 minutes at only one hours notice. When I tried to call to check on the change, the phones just rang and rang. Normally I’d have given this a 1 out of 5 but the dentist herself was pleasant and welcoming but unfortunately the whole booking in and paying process is really poor
