I cannot thank Amita enough. From being Absolutley terrified of the dentist due to childhood trauma not even wanting to sit in the chair she has made me feel comfortable since my first appointment with her and always goes at my pace and I never feel rushed. She never pressures you to do anything you don’t want to do and will always help anyway she can to get a solution for you. I have had both types of sedation with her and each time has been amazing and without her and sedation I don’t think I would have been able to get through my appointments for work I needed doing. After each appointment I feel so proud of myself for just being able to get through treatments successfully , one day I will be able to get through check ups / treatments without sedation I hope but for now it works for me and helps her complete my treatment successfully whilst I am relaxed. Her assistants are always so lovely and calm and helpful which is definitely something important when you have fear of the dentist as it lifts that anxiety just a little bit to progress to the next stage. If anyone suffers dental anxiety I highly recommend this practice as they are all amazing form start to finish, the receptionist team are always so friendly and welcoming. Thank you again 😊

I was a nervous patient needing a tooth extraction and some long overdue dental care, a friend recommended Cliftonville Dental and I am so pleased they did. The staff are all warm and friendly and immediately made me feel at ease. My treatment was absolutely first class, Amita completely understood my anxiety and reassured me throughout, she worked at my pace and made sure I was always comfortable and the whole procedure was pain free. I highly recommend Cliftonville Dental, especially for nervous patients who may have been holding back on visiting a dentist.

My son had a tooth extraction at the weekend and I just thought id mention what he said after the appointment He was a bit wary and nervous to begin with before coming along on Saturday, as a previous experience with an extraction (another dentist) wasn't the best. After the tooth extraction, he said that he enjoyed it in a way. He was also very pleased with the way in which Dr Sam (Dentist) spoke to him and re-assured him throughout the whole process. Particularly when he raised his hand after feeling a bit of pain. Dr Sam stopped and then waited for the pain to reduce. He didn't even realise the tooth had come out! As me and my partner were watching, we echo our sons sentiments. We were pleased with how professional Dr Sam and Holly (the dental nurse) were during the whole process. So thank you for making my son feel comfortable!

As an extremely nervous patient I chose Cliftonville dentist as they were recommended to me for their caring attitude and that is exactly what they are. I’ve just had 2 wisdom teeth out, a new front crown and Amita has made me feel so relaxed and at ease. I suffer with white coat syndrome and get myself in such a state but once I’m at the dentist I’m immediately greeted with friendly faces and I’m so grateful that they have restored my trust in dentist , thank you to you all especially Amita.

I've been terrified of dentists all of my life and it took a lot just to reach out to Cliftonville. I saw Dr Sam and I couldn't be more grateful or appreciative of him. I have a few appointments to attend with him to get the work done I need and he put me at ease within minutes of meeting him for my first consultation. I've just returned home from my second appointment where he has prepared my tooth for a crown. He promised me no pain and that is exactly what he delivered. He worked with me to signal me when he needed my attention, leaving me the remainder of the time to have my eyes closed and my noise cancelling headphones on with my music blasting in my ears to try and zone out from what was going on. He advised me every time there would be a change in pressure or a change in drill vibration so I was fully prepared for what he needed to do. I was dreading having the appointment today and now I can honestly say that I'm not terrified for my next appointment. Dr Sam, thank you so much for your amazing work and your patience with me. I'm so grateful to have found such a compassionate and fantastic dentist!! Thank you.

I was an extremely nervous patient but I can absolutely say that I had the best experience with this dentists. Dr. Sam and the nurse Alina was simply amazing. I had to have 15 teeth extracted over the course of 2 appointments and I was nothing less than petrified but I was made to feel completely at ease and relaxed from the minute I walked in and was greeted by the lovely ladies at reception to the point where I had my actual consultation. Dr. Sam even had me laughing during the actual extractions and Alina was so lovely, they could both see how frightened I was but both were so patient and encouraging. I wouldn't dream of seeing anyone else now, thank you so much to all of the staff at Cliftonville Dental, you really are fabulous! ❤️ I still have a few months to go until I'm finished but at least I can do it with a smile that I no longer have to hide in the meantime 😁 If you are an incredibly nervous patient like I was, searching for the best dental practice for you, you've found your guys! I couldn't recommend them enough if I tried!
