From the bottom of my heart and the struggles I’ve been through in trying to get my youngest to a dentist, these most amazing woman that works in this practice named Ruth and Maisie went above and beyond to get my son a private and affordable next day appointment and treatment, they treated me and my son with the most kindest and the most compassionate attitude that I had never experienced in a dental setting. my son couldn’t even step foot into a dental practice without kicking off and screaming and feeling scared, but because of Ruth she made my sons first proper appointment the most amazing experience for him and now he can sit in a chair and feel so relaxed without feeling frightened, so thank you to both Ruth and to the lovely receptionist my son can now how further treatment without feeling any worry and fret. Thank you again to this practice for being amazing and so caring.

Great dental practice with super friendly staff and a really relaxed vibe. My check‑up was quick, professional, and everyone was lovely. The on‑site car park is a massive bonus — makes the whole visit so much easier. Highly recommend.

My dentist Mohamed Issac was fantastic. Made the whole process of the implant process very clear. He was very attentive to my every request and concerns. I have been referred by 111 on an emergency appointment to this practice on Easter Monday. Initially when I called they were fully booked and then they called me back to offer an appointment later that afternoon which was a godsend as I was in agony. Excellent facilities with parking, waiting room and accessible toilet on the ground floor, absolutely brilliant staff, the receptionist was very polite and both the dentist as well as her assistant were brilliant. It was refreshing to see that extraction isn't the only option in this practice, they listen to what the patient wants and they will really try to save that tooth. It is such a shame that they do not accept any NHS patients...

Having suffered from a fractured tooth for 6 weeks and been passed from dentist to dentist I was finally put in touch with Bupa Dental care. Upon arrival at the practice I knew I was in good hands. The process of removing the problem tooth was quickly and effectively carried out with minimal fuss or discomfort. very professional and would highly recommend.

My dentist Sanaa Tahlil was absolutely amazing! The quality of care is truly unmatched. As someone who really doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist, she kept me reassured and explained absolutely everything to me, which is above and beyond and made me feel so much better. Got referred here after a failed tooth extraction. They seemed ok at first, but the nurse soad I could only have it done on one day in January, which I was busy for. She said quite abruptly that she will discharge me wheb and I'll have to be referred again. Thankfully after speaking with my dentist and begging not to be sent here I finally had it taken out, today. By a wonderful clinic in Milton Keynes, they were unbelievable. So yeah, if you get referred here, maybe best to speak to your dentist about going anywhere else. Customer service here is not particularly good either. All in, I would avoid.
