This surgery has always treated me well and when I heard that it was changing ownership, I hoped that service would continue. I was immediately reassured from my first appointment. I have been treated with the upmost care and respect. My comfort and wellbeing is always put first and all options for treatment explained to me to allow me control over what I want. The work has been top notch and I’m very happy with the results. Mr Jannati has done so much for me and has eased my worries towards return visits. Nothing has been too much of a problem and he is happy to go through any concerns you may have. The hygienists are knowledgable and ensure I am keeping on top of my gum health. I’m now receiving the full care package and feel well looked after. Highly recommend for a thorough, professional and compassionate service.

I recently visited Dr. Sima for a tooth extraction, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the beginning, she was very professional and reassuring, taking the time to explain the procedure and answer all my questions. I was quite nervous about having a tooth removed, but Dr. Sima made me feel calm and comfortable. The extraction was quick and surprisingly painless, and she handled everything with great care and precision. After the procedure, she gave me clear instructions on how to take care of the area, which really helped with a smooth recovery. I appreciated her patience and attention to detail throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Dr. Sima for anyone needing a dental extraction—she is skilled, gentle, and truly cares about her patients.

Really great hygienist appointment with Sym, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I go to the dentist regularly but this was the best clean and polish my teeth have had.

I’ve been seeing Dr Jannati since he was at the Leicester branch and have continued my treatment with him at his new practice. He is honestly the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He listens carefully and always explains everything clearly, making sure the treatment is right for you. I’ve noticed a few misleading comments, but as with any profession, not everyone is happy when things don’t go exactly their way. That doesn’t take away from the quality of care and professionalism Dr Jannati consistently provides. I would definitely recommend Dr Jannati — he’s extremely knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about his work

I’m not usually keen on going to the Dentist but I was really impressed by all the staff at Far Cotton Dental Practice. My Dentist Justin was such a nice man - very calm and approachable. Thank you all so much😊

Very sad the practice has changed ownership. I have been going to this practice for over 30 years, and was terrified of dentists due to a horrific experience with a well known dentist in Northampton, nick named the butcher. Mr De Bono , Helen and Fiona have always been friendly, respectful and professional. Just to note a point, at every check up I have had with Mr De Bono, I was always given a scale and polish. The new owners do not do this, just a quick look and an x ray. I didn't feel like I had been to the dentist. The new staff seem friendly enough, time will tell if, I need treatment, I hope all will be ok. I never thought I would say I miss a dentist........

AVOID, TOTAL NEGLECT, INEXPERIENCED DENTISTS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. AWFUL AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED **UPDATE** Reputable dentist has now confirmed that the shabby work was negligence made my Far Cotton Dental practice and the worst attempt of root canal they have seen, so bad a crown will not be fitted on the tooth because of the state they left it in, which cannot be rebuilt now, so the tooth is having to come out, reporting to ombudsman and DCS and GDC. Not only wasted £600 for the most awful work but now costing us thousands to rectify... see pictures on reviews for the state of how his tooth was left! You need to AVOID THIS DENTIST. the 2nd half of a crown, cost 600 pounds, then expected to pay 150 to fill it at the end???? Saying my son promised to have a crown when he didn't, filling was AWFUL looks like gum and now after less than 2 weeks the filling has now come away, I phoned to tell them and they were not interested at all, i informed the receptionist my sons tooth is now exposed of infection and risk of sepsis, of which she laughed and told me she didn't think that was the case? When I asked her how she knew this, she put the phone down on me! Very unprofessional from the Dental surgeons to the receptionist, the take your money and the work is shocking! Now getting a second opinion at a valued dentist. You need to AVOID THIS DENTAL SURGERY AT ALL COST, they don't know what they are doing and take your money and do nothing to correct their shabby work. Leave patients at risk and are liable for neglect! Worst bit is they don't care! Reporting surgery to the GDC.
