I was recommended Union Quay by family after multiple uncomfortable dentist appointments at another dentists. Lauren on reception was very kind, and very quick at getting me booked in. Dentist Jarlath was fantastic, and made me feel comfortable even though I'm a very anxious patient. I've also seen hygienist, Elaine, who was one of the best hygienists I've encountered. She got rid of my staining and now I feel like I've got my smile back! She also made me feel very calm about my routine, which eased my anxiety. Everyone has been very caring. So far, my experience has been top quality and I would highly recommend Union Quay. Thank you all!

I had an amazing experience. They made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff were consistently friendly and approachable at every appointment. I hadn’t seen a dentist in over four years, but during my first visit they took the time to explain everything in detail. They talked me through my current dental health, went through my X-rays with me, and communicated everything in a clear and reassuring way. The team strike a perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and stress-free. The practice itself has also been recently refurbished and looks absolutely beautiful. I never thought I’d say this, but I almost wish I had more appointments just to return! I’m so pleased to have found my new dental practice.

I’d wanted composite bonding for a long time. Everyone always told me I already had good teeth — and I did — but I had gaps between my front six teeth that I’d never felt confident about. From the moment I met Jess, she completely understood exactly what I wanted and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The procedure itself was an absolute breeze, and Jess and Molly honestly smashed it out of the park. I genuinely haven’t stopped smiling since I left! The results are better than I could’ve imagined, and the new facilities are absolutely top notch too. Great dental practice who focus on prevention and good care of your teeth and mouth. Really nice welcoming friendly staff across the whole service. I value the 2 x yearly hygienist appointments, check ups with good dentists, and the reassurance I can have an urgent appointment if needed. Lovely new decor in the building too.

Heather was very reassuring, and professional whilst giving good helpful advice before performing a thorough examination on my gums all the while explaining what she was doing and why. Heather then proceeded to carefully clean and polish my teeth finishing up the experience, she then booked in my next appointment. Heather made great efforts to make what can be an ordeal pleasant.
