If you are a nhs patient then they will give you a second class service. The dentists blame the receptionists and they blame the dentists. I have had tooth ache and need for a filling since diagnosed by their dentist in September 2025 and still today not got the necessary treatment February 2026. No appointments unless you go private. The staff are not working together and seem to have low morale.

Best dentist i have ever been to. Went as an emergency and had my wisdom tooth out. When I called a lovely lady, Sharon answered my call. My dentist was Christine and she was amazing, so kind. I would love to be a permanent patient. Many thanks to all staff.

Worst dentist practice ever! Even with appointments booked well in advance I was made to wait between 35min- 1hr on a few occasions. (on one occasion even with a small baby). It seems to me they are sneaking emergencies in between appointments. What is the point of actually having an appointment then? Treatments delivered with a guaranteed outcome but when you confront them and say how you feel, you being fobbed off. Very rude receptionist as well.

Cancelled 6 month appt, have no available dentists and are asking to rebook in May.

Was the best experience ever needed emergency dental and was seen too straight away and did everything they could to help and receptionists were so helpful when ringing in the morning amazing serve and dentists were so amazing best dentist ever well done to everyone at perfect smiles dentist best experience. Definitely recommend. !!

Can not recommend this dentist any higher than 5 stars. Always a clean environment and helpful friendly staff. 20/10
