Bupa Dental Care North Shields

I always get a great service when attending Bupa Dental Care in North Shields but this time it was sharp and fantastic service. I had a severe pain in my broken tooth and I texted Kirsty around 11pm about sorting out my appointment at the earliest. Today morning I got a call from Kirsty around 8.15 that I could go there for 10am. What a relief!! My Dentist Vimal, as usual, was so kind that I feel like to give him 11 out of 10. Job was done with perfection. Surprisingly the young girl Erin, who was assisting Vimal played a good role in comforting me. She showed a great attitude and professionalism. Overall, excellent. Special thanks to Kirsty.

Great experience here I was seen by dentist Sumeara Khalil-Khan and she was incredible she calmed me right down from panic. No pain, no fear she was very nice and very patient couldn’t recommend coming here enough. Easiest tooth extraction I’ve been through made my scary emergency feel like nothing more than a minor inconvenience and instead of lecturing like a regular dentist she gave polite helpful advice about the rest of my teeth. 5 stars really isn’t enough if I could personally thank her again I would!

I am a nervous patient and Jasmin the hygienist, Ola the dentist and Erin the dental nurse was absolutely fantastic. They made me feel I was in control listened to and understood my concerns. I have never been so ok for treatment, I believe they have fixed me and my phobia(s) of the dentist. I cannot thank the whole team enough for their kindness and understanding. What a fab team in one practice. Thank you x

All members of staff are very friendly and caring, but I must give a special mention to Sharon and Kirsty. I am a very nervous patient and they completely put me at ease. Sharon provided the most pain-free hygiene treatment I have ever had. I would never go to another hygienist now.

We attended today for a family check up. We were seen by Ola Sotomi and her lovely nurse who's name I didn't catch. Ola was fantastic, very gentle and thorough. We have a family member who is extremely nervous but Ola and her nurse made the experience pleasant for them, as did Kirsty on reception, Thank you again we look forward to our next check up.

Attended as a new patient. Carol was very friendly, welcoming and efficient on Reception. Sumeara amd Eden made me feel at ease and explained everything during my appointment. Overall a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere with great service.

Sharron Blythe and Kirsty where amazing! Really warm friendly and professional. Didnt feel rushed or stressed at all. Both brilliant at thei jobs as well as lady on reception 🙂
