We had a wonderful experience here for my daughter's braces. The front desk staff were always accommodating when booking appointments and Clare in particular worked our appointments around school and exams etc. from start to finish everybody we dealt with were professional and friendly. I highly recommend this practice!

My daughter has just completed an 11-month orthodontic treatment plan and I can honestly say the service has been excellent from start to finish. The orthodontic team have been amazing with her, and she is absolutely delighted with the results. A big thank you as well to the reception team – Clare and Marilyn 😊. They kept us on track with appointments and were incredibly accommodating with times and days, especially while my daughter was sitting her GCSEs during the treatment. Their friendly, helpful and professional approach meant everything ran smoothly and we never missed an appointment. We’re very grateful for the care and support shown to my daughter throughout her treatment. Highly recommended!

Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time!! I am extremely disappointed with the way this orthodontic practice handled my daughter’s appointment. We received a letter to confirm the appointment. I personally confirmed it by phone in January and was clearly told that the appointment was confirmed and we should attend as planned. Despite this, when we arrived for the appointment, we were told it had supposedly been cancelled back on 29th December. This makes absolutely no sense. If it was cancelled in December, why was I able to confirm it in January and be told everything was fine? I travelled from Newcastle to Gateshead, rearranged other responsibilities, picked my daughter up early from school, and made a long journey, only to be told at the desk that the appointment was cancelled and there was nothing they could do except say "sorry". This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Poor communication, poor record keeping, and zero accountability. Families’ time clearly means nothing to this practice. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are prepared for last minute cancellations and wasted journeys.

I always receive great service from this practice. I have 2 sons undergoing dental treatment at the moment and all the staff including the reception staff could not be more helpful or accommodating. Thank you for putting the customer first, it is very much appreciated.
