Michael here on my partners account. I had a check-up and scale & polish yesterday and had a really great experience. Maja was fantastic — very professional, friendly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. Her dental nurse, Macey, was also lovely and very welcoming. The treatment was thorough and gentle, and everything was explained clearly. I’m really happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend this practice to others. Thank you both!

My first visit to a dentist in a while having been wait listed after my last dentist removed me from their list during Covid. My experience at My Dentist Heaton was 100% positive, particularly interaction with receptionist, Allison, who was extremely professional and helpful when both registering me as a patient over the phone and welcoming on arrival at the practice. Denise on reception desk was also very friendly. The dentist, Hager and the dental nurse were also both friendly and helped provide a relaxing environment. Thankfully no treatment required but appointment made on leaving practice for next routine check, all round job well done!!

Couldn’t recommend this dentist enough! Had severe anxiety of the dentist all my life put off going for many many years and when I finally couldn’t anymore I had to go, with my usual dentist because I hadn’t been in so long they removed me off there list hence why I became a patient at my dentist the reception team is lovely and maya the dentist is absolutely brilliant the care and consideration she gave to me and my family I would recommend her to anyone! She’s amazing made me feel at ease talked me through everything and gave me that extra time needed I now do not fear the dentist she really is passionate about her work and her care towards all her patients 🙂

I have been going to Heaton mydentist over the past year or so. I’ve had a few issues with my teeth due to previous injury/bruxism, and the treatment I’ve had with Dr Mehina has been absolutely fantastic, and has always kept me pain-free. I’ve always been seen quickly and have always felt totally at ease during the treatments (I’m usually a bit of an anxious patient). The staff at the front desk are also extra helpful and always greet with a smile, and on multiple occasions I’ve been accommodated for an appointment at late notice. Would absolutely recommend this practice.

Visited today for an emergency after pain from a cracked wisdom tooth. Amy was absolutely amazing, really understanding and done everything she could to help me. Explained everything clearly and really put me at ease. I am a nervous patient but couldn’t have been more comfortable with the procedure today. And also now pain free.
