Queensway Dental - Jesmond

A huge thankyou to Carly, Priscilla and Michael at Queensway who have literally transformed my teeth. Previous to visiting Queensway I’d had a bad visit at the dentist as a teen and hadn’t even been for a check up in 10 years. Carly was so good at calming my nerves and explaining how things would work. I then had a dental clean from Priscilla who again was incredible at making me feel at ease and my teeth looked so much brighter after this appointment. Finally Michael who did my composite bonding is hugely talented and again made me feel so comfortable. I’d recommend Queensway dental to anyone!

My daughter has been coming here for orthodontic treatment for about a year, and we are very happy with this centre. Today we arrived 5 minutes late, but the receptionist was very kind and respectful and helped us. The environment is very professional and friendly. The centre has a great location, close to elder Square, and there is short-term parking available in front of the building.

Kind and considerate staff. Very understanding when my bus didnt turn up for my appointment. Professional service throughout with care throughout. Willing to see me for small ajustment exceptionally quickly. Got my date wrong for appointment but it was totally ok and was seen anyway without question.

I chose Queensway Dental because I needed an early consultation on ongoing pain & discomfort coming from my jaw joint & ear (TMJ). Numerous tests were carried out at the 1st appt and a diagnosis and further treatment was agreed very quickly. A further CT scan booked & a night guard to be fitted very soon. Very pleased with the service received.

Delighted with my implants and crowns. As well as the support to care for my investment. Worth every penny! I had many months of treatment and never experienced any discomfort at all. No regrets from me the clinicians at Queensway are first class.

I would not recommend them at all. I paid over 7 grand to sort my teeth and for that I got a miserable lead dentist who was just rude on several occasions. I was made to come into the practice on several occasions and sent away because the booking was in error. Then to top it all off a gap was left in my teeth that is now having to be bridged at my local NHS dentist. If I had the choice again, I would choose somewhere different. Waste of money.

My experience wasn’t very good at all. I explained I was nervous and because of this, I hadn’t been to a dentist’s in a while. I found the dentist Maddie I think she is called condescending and judging and I especially didn’t like the childish diagrams of how she rated my teeth and gums. Made me feel low about myself, even though I knew I had some work to be done and that was the whole point of me being there! £100 to make me feel that. She even decided my chipped front tooth was because of the alignment of my teeth….not the case at all, I had done this on a night out! I have since gone to my local dentist, who have been lovely and friendly and my teeth are looking amazing. I won’t recommend you at all.
