Queensway Orthodontics team are a very professional team and I have experienced excellent care. They are courteous and patient and are excellent not just in this area but they also give excellent communication to those clients. As an ITU nurse with over 30 years experience I feel this is very important to have all these attributes. I feel safe in their knowledge and expertise and that I’m in excellent hands with my Invisalign journey. I have just finished Invisalign treatment with Queensway. The whole process was made so easy for me, the staff were on hand to help when I needed them and they kept me informed the whole way through. I am so happy with the transformation with my teeth and my smile, the changes are unbelievable

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic experience! I took my 7-year-old daughter to Queensway Dentist yesterday for an orthodontic assessment and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm, welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were incredibly friendly and put my daughter at ease straight away. The orthodontist carried out a full, thorough assessment and gave us an expert, honest opinion. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. Instead of rushing into treatment, he prioritised my daughter’s dental safety and advised that her roots are still quite thin at this age, so it’s better to wait until they mature to avoid any risk to her teeth. It’s rare to find such integrity and professionalism. We left feeling informed, reassured, and confident that her care is in the best hands. Highly recommend Queensway!

My visit to Queensway Jesmond was fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and they made the entire process so easy, from scheduling to the actual appointment. The Orthodontist took the time to explain my treatment plan in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I left feeling confident and excited about coming to the end of my treatment and removal of my braces.
