Amazing dentist and happy staff. Been attending as emergency here and honestly they are the most amazing dental team I've been to as I hate dentist due to fear. I am so happy with the work they have done for me so far. I would definitely recommend these to anyone. No waiting around in waiting room.

I attended this dental practice through an NHS 111 emergency appointment because I had tooth pain. The dentist told me I had two options: either remove the tooth or have RCT (root canal treatment). However, she also said that RCT was "not her job" during an emergency appointment and that I would need multiple future appointments elsewhere if I wanted to save the tooth. Since I did not want my tooth removed, a temporary filling was placed. Unfortunately, the filling was poorly done and left the tooth weak with gaps around the edges. Only two days later, while eating soft bread, the tooth broke badly into pieces. I returned to the practice hoping for help, but the practice manager simply told me to contact NHS 111 again because they were too busy. I also felt the dentist was rushed, impatient, and not careful during the treatment. Overall, my experience was stressful and disappointing, and I feel the treatment I received made the condition worse instead of helping it.

I had a emergency appointment, and was seen at the correct time. No waiting around, which is a bonus for me. I had 2 fillings and some antibiotics. I found the dentist very helpful, and would recommend then. Also I do have a fear of the dentist, but they made me feel very welcome and relaxed.

My boyfriend came to this dentist to get a tooth removed on Monday , the dentist stated she could only get half the tooth out that day and would refer him to the dental hospital to get the rest of it out . Yesterday ( Thursday ) we had to go to an emergency dentist because he couldn’t eat and was in terrible pain , which cost him 350 pounds for the rest of the tooth removed and the dentist at the emergency dentist stated she ‘ doesn’t know why they would leave him like that ‘ and said she is not suprised he was in so much pain because of how he had been left . We had to resort to an emergency dentist as when he had rang the day after half the tooth had been removed ( Tuesday) and said he was in extreme pain the dentist said it was normal and that a referral had been made to the dental hospital which as we all know it can take a very long time to even receive the referral . So not only has the tooth caused him to take several days of work and be in extreme pain , he has paid nearly 400 pound including the fees of this dentist to be left in pain worse than which he arrived in .

Can’t thank the lovely reception staff enough for helping me get an urgent appointment. My Dentist Helen is just fantastic, I have JMD (jaw problem) that is so painful, Helen and her lovely assistant are so patient with me, Helen gives me lots of advice how to cope with the pain. I have no worries about going to see the dentist and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Helen and everyone at My Dentist, Walker. Regards Irene
