Great North Dental Care

Been in for the remainder of my root canal today. Absolutely fantastic practice and staff. Everyone is lovely and can't do enough for you. I was in to see the fantastic Sophie Ross. Absolute credit to the practice. I've always dreaded the dentist after many bad experiences but this place and the staff have restored my faith in dentistry. I also had quite a lot of work done and everything has worked out perfectly. I'm confident when eating that my teeth won't fall apart anymore. If i could give Great North Dental Care a 10 star rating i really would. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Miracle workers. Thank you all. Mr Gavin Outhwaite

So great to be able to see a dentist after being on a waiting list for so long. I was contacted by phone and quickly had a convenient appointment the next day. Had an excellent check up with Sophie who took care of me, explained everything that would be needed and gave reassurance about work to be done. I felt I was well looked after by Sophie and others in the Great North Dental Care team including the dental nurse and admin staff.

I have loved this practice. It is very advanced and clear on the onset of charges. The dental practitioner Claire was very polite professional and made me comfortable that I would want to choose her to look after me. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

Claire was absolutely brilliant with my treatments. She explained step by step what she was doing. She's extremely polite and fantastic with her work. I didn't feel anxious before or during treatments as Claire gives calming vibes. She is definitely the best dentist, my family and I have ever had.

I saw Sophie Ross after having trouble with mild toothache for a while and hot/cold sensitivity for years. I've had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. She was very calm and took the time to listen to me and explain what was actually going on from the x-rays. I've been for several fillings and every time she's been great and made sure everything had been done right and making sure I wasn't in pain and calm. This is a people-first dentists and everyone from reception to the hygienists and dentist have been very friendly and welcoming. They have not tried to upsell me things I don't need. I highly recommend them.

Very impressed as I am every visit. From the moment of requesting an appointment, the receptionists curtious,well trained and polite, treatment excellent in the Surgery. Questions answered, advice given. Great Practise. Background music in Waiting area, debatable! Many thanks.
