I changed dentists based off a recommendation from a work colleague - I am so glad I did. Newcastle Advanced Dentistry offer a far more affordable and superior standard of service. Dr M Quigley explained everything he was doing and took lots of photos to get a thorough job done. I have a much better understanding when it comes to my teeth. I felt really comfortable having my filling done, even though it was in a difficult place. I have also found it far easier to get booked in when I need to. They have complementary drinks in the waiting room and TVs overhead to give you something to watch during the check-ups, cleans or treatments. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you!

As an experienced dentist myself, picking and choosing a skilled dentist is very important to me. I was lucky enough to train with Dr. Chris O'Connor when he was working at the University. Through his teaching and through watching his clinical dentistry evolve over the years, I knew Chris was extremely passionate and skilled. I travelled a couple of hours each way to see Chris and was extremely satisfied with the level of service and communication he provided. The practice is pretty much brand new with easily nearby free parking. Everything is immaculate, spotlessly clean and all the staff are extremely attentive. Thank you especially to Jen his assistant and Chris for providing such excellent care at very fair prices. I'm very grateful for what you've done for me, the appointments were worth the wait.

I recently attended this dental practice for an extraction and several fillings, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Dr Chris O’Connor and team helped put me at ease throughout the appointment as I was quite anxious and he explained everything thoroughly. Thank you!

Initial experience of booking was absolutely fine. The actual dentist experience was awful, I won’t go into it on this review but let’s just hope you don’t get the dentist I got. Labelled dentally unstable and not fit to join there plan was so lovely of them. But obviously I’d be fit enough if I give them another £300 for the hygenist appointments first then they will "Review", money making excercise. Would actually back up a previous review around dirty equipment. An awful smell of coffee/smoke on the dentist followed by the equipment also having a bad smell. I wouldn’t reccomend this dentist to anyone, the dentist should not be an experience where you feel shamed. £63 badly spent.

Had severe jaw pain. Made an appointment with Dr J Dowling. Discussed reason for pain, possible triggers and ways to treat. Now managing issue and aware of what cause is. No unnecessary treatment and good clear treatment plan. Would highly recommend to anyone suffering jaw pain, this should definitely be your first call.

Started my dental journey with them 2 years ago having not been to a dentist for about 12 years due to a huge fear 🫣 Told them my fears and since day one the team have been incredible! Jack my dentist has been amazing, patient and kind and 2years on my teeth are better than ever! My hygienist Hayley is also amazing and makes me feel so at ease! I now don’t dread the dentist and wouldn’t trust my teeth to any other team! Thank you!!

The reception team are so warm and friendly and extremely helpful, thankyou! Will did my consultation and surgery for an impacted wisdom tooth removal, and I was so nervous! He was great at reassuring me, and did a fantastic job, as well as follow up. His assistant was also really lovely and very professional.
