Flavia is hands down the best Dentist I have ever had. Her friendliness and professionalism makes the whole experience a dream. The relationship she has with Beverley (dental nurse) is amazing. They are in complete sync and make you feel comfortable and confident knowing you are in the best possible care.

I’ve been visiting Killingworth Dentist and can honestly say Paula and her dental nurse Moyà have been outstanding. I was extremely nervous about attending as I’m also undergoing complex reconstructive surgery to my face, which made dental work quite triggering for me. But both Paula and Moyà have gone above and beyond to look after me and put me at ease. For the first time ever, I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism have made such a difference. I’m truly so grateful for them both – they are a real asset to the surgery.

Visited today (Tuesday 30th September) for my first appointment. The dentist was excellent and very professional. However, the receptionist (dark hair, glasses) was extremely abrupt when booking me back in for treatment. Her attitude was unnecessary and unwelcoming — she needs to learn how to speak to people

Shocking..rings up and after 10 minutes of waiting presses 1 for the call back stating I have a broken tooth and I am in pain,they rang me up the following day and said it will cost me £74 for them just to look at my teeth! And then they said that any other work will be charged.they are having a laugh

Always terrified and anxious about the usual visits. But Fumi and assistants keep you calm, do their job professionally and have good banter to keep your mind of it

This review has been long due. I am so grateful to my amazing dentist, Ana and the staff for the treatment and care they've provided. Right from the promptness, empathy and politeness of the receptionists in accommodating my emergency appointments as I was in terrible pain up to the treatment and care provided by my dentist, Ana and her colleagues, it's been a wonderful experience with this practice. As a special mention, Dr. Ana has even done a courtesy call back to assess my condition during the course of my treatment and accommodated me for a prompt last minute check up. I highly recommend her with regards to kids dental check ups as well as she's been brilliant with my 2 year old and he absolutely loves his dental appointments, thanks to Dr. Ana.

Please pass on my thanks, Ive had a few appointments with Ameya and had to come back yesterday for an emergency appointment, I just wanted to say I really appreciate the help and advice he's given me, his assistant (sorry I didn't catch her name) was so calming and reassuring during having to get a tooth shaved down, it was causing horrific pain and I'm not the world's best patient at times and suffer with health anxiety terrible, honestly yesterday just meant the world that they were able to help relieve the pain from my wisdom teeth, would 100% recommend the practice, they both went above and beyond in my opinion, thank you 😄
