Absolutely brilliant! Matthew Brookes has been my dentist for many many years. The service at Rapport is kind, calm and always welcoming. I've always been a bit of a nervous patient due to having a lot of work when I was a child and Matthew and the team always make me feel at ease.

Had 2 appointments today see a lovely new hygienist called Iwona who was very good. Then on to see Matthew my dentist who is also very good, always put you're mind at ease as I'm a nervous patient. All the staff here receptionists, dental nurses are very friendly lovely people.

I had such a positive experience at this dental practice. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The reception team were professional and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The clinical staff were exceptional — knowledgeable, reassuring, and clearly very experienced. Everything was explained thoroughly, and I felt completely comfortable and well cared for throughout my appointment. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood my treatment options without ever feeling rushed. It’s clear that patient care is a real priority here. The practice is clean, modern, and very well organised, and the team work seamlessly together. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care delivered by a kind and highly professional team.

I've had a great experience with Rapport Dentistry so far. I've been registered with them for over a year, and I had a few hygienist and doctor appointments. I've been taught new ways to look after my teeth to keep them healthy, and recently I had a filling put in. A doctor did an X-ray, examined a tooth with an existing filling and raised concerns about possible decay. We've scheduled an appointment, and indeed there was a decay under existing filling which was taken out, the tooth was cleaned and the new filling was put in. I'm very pleased with the quality and care Rapport Dentistry provides. Thank you, team!

Had quite invasive (necessary) treatment today. I felt sick I was so anxious. I was treated wonderfully with care and respect. Treatment was painless and I cannot recommend highly enough how impressed I am. If you're a nervous patient, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. Thanks to all the amazing Team at Rapport xx

Having always believed that private dentistry was very expensive, I was pleasantly surprised by the value offered at Rapport. And the standard of care is excellent - nice facilities, lovely staff and really great care. Recommended.

Amazing dentists. I’d follow Matthew to whichever dentist he works at. He’s so lovely and treats you like a friend to make you and your family feel at ease. Had my first ever hygienist appointment today and Hannah was so friendly reassuring and gentle. My teeth looked amazing after too.
