After not visiting a hygienist for 3 years I had an appointment with Harry today. It was probably the best dental experience I have ever had. So much so, I can say I am genuinely looking forward to returning after having recieved some very good comphrehensive advice and valuable information from Harry about how to better care for my teeth. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and I could tell he genuinely wants to help people look after themselves. This is something I have not previously experienced at a dentists. He did a fantastic job and I am over the moon with how he has left my smile. Harry is an absolute credit to your clinic! And for that reason I will be signing up and coming in for a regular check up. The clinic is beautiful, with all staff members being kind and helpful. They explain every question I have. My family and I've been receiving treatment from Dentist Juliane for years now; she's incredible. She always cares about my well-being, making sure I’m comfortable and not in pain during procedures. Her gentle touch is remarkable. She explains all treatments before starting, which I really appreciate. Juliane is a fantastic professional—always calm, detail-oriented, and smiling and polite. Even if you don't like to go to the dentist, like me, it's always a positive experience with her. Thank you.

I had a very good experience at Sorriso Design. The consultation was thorough and professional, and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well informed throughout the appointment. The dentist, Dr Juliane Scandian, was very transparent about my dental health and any issues that needed attention, which I really appreciated. As a Brazilian, it was also very nice to be able to speak Portuguese during the consultation. The whole team was welcoming, friendly and professional. It was the best dental appointment I’ve had. I would recommend it.

Harry at Sorriso Design provided an impeccable service when taking my 12 year old for a hygienist appointment during his orthodontic journey. He provided a very thorough clean of teeth and braces. He also ensured that my son knew the correct way to brush his teeth whilst having permanent braces for the remainder of time whilst having the braces. Would definitely recommend Harry and will be booking with him again.

We visited Sorriso Designe today and saw Dilan Abdah, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout the appointment. He carried out a full check-up and took the time to carefully assess my daughter’s teeth. He explained that many of her teeth are still baby teeth and some adult teeth are still coming through, so he decided not to take X-rays at this stage, which I really appreciated as it avoided unnecessary charges. My daughter had been complaining about tooth pain, so he thoroughly checked for any signs of infection and reassured us that everything is healthy. He clearly explained that the discomfort is likely due to the position of the emerging teeth affecting the gums. What stood out the most was how he interacted with my daughter. She asked lots of questions( she is 9 years old ) and he answered each one with patience and kindness, almost like a little discussion between them. He also explained in a very clear and helpful way how she should be brushing her teeth. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Dylan made us both feel comfortable and well-informed. We will definitely be returning for our follow-up in two months and would highly recommend him.

I had my first experience at Sorriso Design clinic, and just want to say a big thank you to the whole team. From the moment I walked into the practice I was greeted with a smile and an attentive receptionist, I saw Harry the hygienist first. He was extremely comforting as I was a little apprehensive having not been to the dentist in a short while. He took his time to explain everything to me and was very gentle but thorough with his work, the best clean I have ever had! I had an exam with Dilan straight after, and again the level of attentiveness to my dental concerns and goals, the re-assurance and the depth of explanations that he offered was second to none. I am extremely happy with the service I have received so far, and I would recommend to anyone!

I had my first session today with the owner Dilan, it genuinely could not have been a better experience. From when I arrived I could tell I would be treated well, the lighting was dim and there was a candle lit which was relaxing. The receptionists we're both incredibly friendly and helpful with explaining treatment prices and getting booked in. I went in for a deep clean after having not been to a dentist for a while and Dilan was so understanding and patient, the procedure was thorough but gentle and he stopped at intervals to ensure my comfort. After the cleaning he explained the plan going forward, the costs and was even flexible regarding joining as a patient due to me having an NHS dentist for general dentistry. I booked in a review for a 2nd opinion on something and received a discounted price due to the small time it will take to check which was very much appreciated. I honestly cannot find a fault with my visit and will definitely be coming back!
