Beanhill Dental Practice - Milton Keynes

I went in for a filling after chipping my tooth and expected that I might need to return for another appointment. However, the dentist was incredibly kind, efficient, and completed the entire treatment in a single visit. Both he and his assistant were very polite, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

I recently moved to Beanhill Dental Practice after not having the best experience with customer service at my previous dentist, and I’m so glad I made the change. The dentist was excellent—professional, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s such a relief to find a practice where you feel genuinely looked after. I’m really happy here and would highly recommend them!

Carmen the hygienist! I’ve always hated going to the dentist and the experience but since day 1, Carmen started changing my perception of the whole experience. She helped me understand what was going on and how to keep good mouth hygiene (not just brushing twice a day). When I started going, I had so much pain and now I look forward to going in (I think of it lil a spa day for my mouth). She checks in through the procedure and is happy to pause when you need it. I’m so grateful and would highly recommend her and her team.

It was the first time attending the practice today and was also an emergency, I had my emergency appt with Faisal who was fantastic, put me at ease as soon as I walked in the room, there was no saving my tooth which I knew and he said he could do it there and then, he explained everything that was going to happen during the procedure and what I needed to do for aftercare, it took him not even 5mins to extract it and he talked me through what he was doing the whole time, I’m a very nervous patient but he really did set my mind at ease, I am now all booked in for a full oral health check in a couple of months, would highly recommend Beanhill dental practice, all staff are amazing

I saw the Hygienist Carmen today what a breath of fresh air - extremely pleasant and very informative. They say every day is a learning day but I’ve definitely learnt more in that hour than all my visits to the dentist in 58 years! I am a nervous patient at the best of times but I was put at ease straight away Thank you Carmen 1st class service and the dental nurse - sorry I’ve forgotten your name was lovely My teeth feel great !!

I have been trying to register my self and my 4 year old twins at a dentist for over 4 years and spoke to many of the dentist in Milton Keynes beanhill dentist has by far been the most helpful and I have to say that all of the staff I have spoken to at beanhill practice have been, kind, understanding and above all professional and its greatly appreciated. We look forward to our next visit as a family.

I arrived an hour early for my routine check-up and Faisal Agha squeezed me in between patients. It was the most relaxed dental appointment I've had as he gently examined my teeth and gums and didn't try to sell me any hygienist or teeth whitening. Definitely a keeper!
