At the age of 46 , i am petrified of the Dentist's. When i got an appointment here after months of searching for one, i instantly was made welcome and comfortable by the reception staff. Yousuf Qureshi was the dentist who was seeing me. He was so lovely and patient and told me all the way through the appointment what he was doing and what further treatments I needed over the next coming months. Totally recommend here . Thanks

My son is autistic and has had a bad experience with dentist in the past. Went here today to see Dr Alex Hall and cheryl, they were amazing so patient and allowed my son to explore the room, collect items and line them up, Alex didn’t try to push him into anything or try to make him sit in the chair. I was so impressed with his patience and cheryls with trying to put the paste on his teeth. 100% recommendations from me. Thank you so much for your time and patience with my son.

I had a great experience today. The dentist who saw me, Azaa, was absolutely lovely. She was very assertive and constantly checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the appointment. She explained everything thoroughly, which really put me at ease. I felt listened to and well cared for… highly recommend!

IGNORANT ORTHODONTIST I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable level of care and repeated appointment failures I have experienced. Over the past two months, I have had my orthodontic appointments cancelled five times. During this period, I have been dealing with a serious issue caused by my brace, where a wire became embedded into my gum and has since begun healing over due to the lack of timely treatment. I first contacted your practice in early March requesting an emergency appointment due to pain and concern about this issue. Despite clearly explaining the urgency, I have been repeatedly delayed, and now, as of the 9th of April, my appointment has once again been cancelled. This is completely unacceptable. The delay in treatment has directly worsened my condition and caused unnecessary pain and risk to my health. I find it extremely concerning that a situation requiring urgent attention has been handled with such disregard. Additionally, the timing of the most recent cancellation raises further concern, as it appears to coincide with staff absence ahead of a bank holiday weekend. Patients with urgent medical needs should not be deprioritised in this way. At this point, I have lost confidence in the level of care being provided.

I have been a patient of Jill Thompson for many years. Jill is always very professional and has a lovely, friendly manner, which always puts me at ease. Her work is always thorough and Jill gives me good advice regarding my own dental care. The reception staff are friendly and deal with patients promptly and efficiently.

Friendly and helpful reception staff; professional and efficient dental nurse. Dentist Alex Hall was brilliant with our 8 year old triplets. He was relaxed, totally professional and highly skilled, explaining all that was happening to me and them. A small dental procedure was carried out calmly and reassuringly. Would highly recommend.

I have had two emergency appointments one just before Christmas, and the second today. I first went because of a cracked filling in one of my lower back teeth. The options I were given were extraction, temporary filling or starter root canal treatment. I opted for the temporary filling, plenty of anaesthetic was given and good explanation of what was happening was great. Unfortunately, a bit of this filling came out, leaving a lot of nerve pain from the tooth. I was expecting to be told root canal would be the best option, but I was told a root canal would not be necessary, and patched the filling. The second dentist gave a rough outline of the private costs of things like check ups and fillings, which is what he thinks I need. I am considering going down the private dental route, not ideal, but would be manageable for check ups and fillings.
