Emergency appointment same day when my own dentist wouldnt see me, spent days in agony, got me out of pain straight away! Couldn't fault these at all, perfect service and felt so at ease.

I had a fractured tooth which was causing a lot of pain. I booked and emergency appointment for this morning. Everyone was polite and helpful. Thank you so much for the care and treatment you gave me.

My hygienist Roxanne and her dental nurses have been brilliant.Very professional, reassuring and friendly.Wouldnt go anywhere else

Had an emergency appt via 111, saw Joe and he was amazing! I’m a very anxious dental patient due to past trauma with a dentist and Joe was so kind and understanding. Went back today and saw the other dentist (apologies I didn’t catch his name) and he was just as kind and patient with me. Tooth extraction in less than 5 minutes. I wish these guys were my registered dentists! 10 🌟

Absolutely 5 star dentist. Dr Duarte was incredible. talked me through everything was very gentle and understanding. all the receptionist staff explained everything incredibly. just a great team in general!!

I got an emergency appointment through 111 and after reading the reviews on here, I was terrified to go plus I have an extreme fear of dentists and was dreading my appointment. Anyway, I just wanted to leave my review. The dentist I saw was called Joel and he was absolutely wonderful. He spent ages telling me what my issues were and I didn’t feel rushed. He was so so nice and friendly…he really put me at ease. The dental hygienist was also very friendly too. So for anyone who is worried about going here, don’t be!

If could give more then 5 stars they will get them all. I paid my dentist £100 for an emergency appointment and they wanted to make me wait for 2 days till somebody will see me. I called them several times crying and begging them to help me as I couldn’t cope anymore with the pain. I managed to get an appointment through 111 and I been seen at Normanby dental practice couple of hours later. I can not thank enough the dentist that treated me, he’s got golden hands. He extracted my tooth within couple of minutes with 0 pain. Also the nurses all aswell very nice and kind. I would definitely come back as a regular pacient !
