North Ormesby Dental Practice

I was away when I ended up with an infection. On phoning 111, I was sent to this dentist. My app was scheduled for 6pm but they brought it forward to am. They were super efficient and from phoning 111 at 10 am I had gone to the dentist collected a prescription and was on my way back to where we were staying by 12.noon. Brilliant dentist and brilliant service. Thankyou

I’ve been with this dental practice for up to 10 years, i pay for my treatment every time, but I have two children under 18, it used to be very good, Mr Singh is a very good dentist that’s the only reason we have been sticked with this dental practice for such a long time, but now it’s getting downhill, my appointments has been cancelled twice, originally appointment should be six months ago, they sent an reminder text yesterday, and cancellation text today at 4:25pm, only a day before my appointment, So disappointing. When I asked what can I do if you keep canceling my appointment after rescheduling, as I am concerned about my children’s dental health as it has been cancelled twice which has been delayed a lot. the receptionist just told me to change a dentist. 😓

After weeks of pain and lots of dental appointments, 111 referred me to this dentist on bank holiday Monday. I didn’t catch the name of the young gentleman who saw to me but he was fantastic, very patient and put me at ease throughout. Thanks again.

I am owed compensation for sure In 2022 I had a tooth removed as it was annoying me, he said he had removed it all but by Time I got home he left bits of my tooth I'm my gums and now it's 2026 it's all came through my gum and it's hard to get out it hurts when I sleep and when I eat, he didn't do his job properly and promised me it was all out so this is the worst dentist I've been too I wouldn't recommend

I attended this practise today, Sunday 21st April, as an emergency patient and have to say that the staff there were fantastic from the lovely receptionist l, to the wonderful dentist and dental nurse. From the second I arrived, their patient care was second to none. As a disabled person it can be a little bit awkward getting seated or into prone positions but they took their time and made sure I was comfortable. The diagnosis and xray were done quickly and even though I needed a tooth extraction, it was done there and then with speed and efficiency. After days of pain, I'm grateful for the quick and professional service I received and actually wish that this was my own dentist. Highly recommended.
