I’ve never had a tooth taken out before this was my first time so I was a bit nervous especially with it being my wisdom tooth. The staff were lovely, receptionist Keisha was really welcoming and kind, Dr Junaid who took my tooth out was assuring and gentle throughout, along side Alice the nurse who was chatting and supporting me which was very much needed! Such a relief to have it out now. Highly recommend☺️

I booked an appointment last minute yesterday due to serious tooth pain! As somebody who has a major fear of being at the dentists the guys here made me feel very comfortable! The receptionist Alice was lovely and welcoming! Dr Muhsin was straight to the point with me and I appreciated that as it’s been a long time since I’ve been to a dentist and I was very embarrassed! The dental nurse Ellie was very reassuring and kept asking me if I was okay! I walked out having a tooth extracted and the guys talked me through everything and made me feel better! For an emergency these guys are welcoming reassuring and friendly!

I had an outstanding experience with Night and Day Emergency Dentist for the surgical removal of my lower wisdom tooth.From start to finish, the team was professional, reassuring, and incredibly efficient. I decided to go privately due to the long NHS waiting list and I’m so happy I did. A special thank you to Zak, who carried out the procedure with great care and expertise, making what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. Nurse Charlotte was attentive and supportive throughout, ensuring I was comfortable at every step. Receptionist Anis was also fantastic, friendly, organised, and made the whole process smooth from booking to follow-up. The service was excellent value for money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of urgent dental care.

I made an emergency appointment due to having extremely bad pain coming from my wisdom tooth. I phoned up and spoke to keisha who was very welcoming and friendly and made me a very fast appointment. Upon arriving i was welcomed and had a few bits of information to fill out. Then I was seen by Dr Ziad and nurse Maisie, both made me feel very calm and comfortable. They did an assement with x-rays then discussed my treatment including price. Within the hour I was all sorted and pain relieved. Very happy with everything.

I booked an emergency extraction online due to significant toothache. The online service is efficient however be careful with time slots as i booked 08.00 thinking it was 8 am however had accidentaly booked for 8pm. Using 24 clock would prevent this issue. I paid a 50 pound consultation fee online. I managed to ring up and change my appointment to 12 noon. The appointment time is not exclusive to you. There were 3 other people waiting for a 12 o clock. However i was first in as i arrived first. Very efficient and painless service. Dentist and dental nurse were lovely also receptionist was also lovely. Very friendly. Professional and quick service I was back at work by half past one. What i will say is that the whole thing cost me 450 pound i would reccomend you do not wait for an emergency and join a private plan if you are unable to get an NHS dentist. I recently broke a tooth and was treated by my NHS dentist but was told my continued treatment would take a long time. My next appointment was weeks later. Decided to book a consultation appointment with Night & Day. I was seen that day by Dr Hussain Khan who clearly explained the different treatments, pros and cons and cost. I went ahead with pain free treatment same day and one week later I have a wonderful new crown that looks so good my husband could not tell. I cannot thank Dr Hussain Khan, Nurse Anis and Aveyas on reception for their kindness and professional treatment.

Just had an appointment at this dentist. Would say I am not the bravest of patients when it comes to dentists but was made to feel relaxed immediately I arrived. The dentist, Mr Ali was so professional happy I chose this dentist. Everything explained to me and nothing too much trouble, also for friendly receptionist and nurse. They all deserve full marks. I would certainly recommend this dentist and staff 100 per cent.
