Genix Healthcare Dental Clinic (Middlesbrough 222)

I booked an appointment for a specific date , the appointment slot I had originally booked was no longer available. On another occasion, I attended an appointment that I had successfully booked, only to be told that no record of the appointment existed. This caused considerable inconvenience and wasted my time. I also attended an emergency appointment because I was experiencing dental problems. However, no treatment was provided during the appointment. Instead, I was simply given another appointment, which again did not appear to exist when I tried to attend. I am extremely disappointed with the poor administration of appointments and the lack of treatment provided during my emergency visit at my emergency appointment the dentist made the pain worse.booking errors have caused frustration, inconvenience, and a lack of confidence in the service. Also believe the dentist are newly qualified and don’t have the experience

I had composite bonding and the dentist was amazing, he made me feel relaxed and happy. And the lady who works their lisa was so lovely, made me feel so calm.

Extremely disappointed with the scheduling at this practice. My children's appointments have been cancelled and rearranged at the last minute more than three times now. It is incredibly difficult to manage kids' schedules when the clinic doesn't respect our time. To make matters worse, they often book us with a therapist when we have specifically requested a dentist. even while trying to resolve these bookings over the phone, I've been passed around to different people only to be disconnected or hung up on. Constant cancellations and poor phone etiquette make this place impossible to deal with. I wouldn't recommend it to parents who need a reliable service

While I personally have many issues with the NHS system and how it used in modern Britain, that is not the fault of this practice and I can personally attest that if you explain yourself and your issues clearly they will go above and beyond to make sure you aren’t in pain and are receiving the care you need The staff from reception to the dentists are very professional and always strive to explain everything and put you at ease when necessary

Over the bank holiday weekend i suffered with really bad toothache, i went into Genix Clinic , the Lady behind desk could not have been more helpful, she managed to get me in with a technician within 15 minutes, The technician advised me to have an emergency extraction, once again the Lovely receptionist managed to get me in with a dentist within an hour, The Lady Dentist was amazing as her dental nurse were, She informed me i needed two teeth out and due to the condition of my damaged teeth i may need to go to hospital to have them removed, Im seventy years old and have had quite a few teeth out , this lady dentist went above and beyond in her efforts to extract my teeth, my teeth were removed successfully, and i did not have to go to hospital, No one likes to go to the Dentist but it is so much easier when you have Caring and Professional staff , Thanks to all at Genix.
