Rainworth Dental Care

I attended an emergency dental appointment here on Christmas Day, and from the moment I walked through the door, I was warmly welcomed and well looked after by the lady at reception. Dr Rey and nurse Anita were absolutely amazing. They took the time to clearly explain what had happened and how they were going to fix it. After the treatment was completed, they explained the next steps so I left with a full understanding of everything. Most importantly, the pain that had kept me up all night was gone, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my Christmas in comfort. I’m incredibly grateful to these amazing people, especially for working and providing such great care on a day like Christmas. Thank you so much!

EXCELLENT !! I received a GREAT service from all the Team at Rainworth Dental Care. The Receptionist Linda, was lovely and very helpful and provided me with some information to read about for my next visit. Dr Rey is excellent, very gentle and an expert in dentistry. Nurse Anita greeted me with a warm smile and was friendly and helpful. Nurse Rachel was very good and helped to put me at ease. Dr Naeem, (Moria) was so gentle, she was very professional and gave me great advice with regards to my next visit and treatment. My treatment was completed successfully and on time. Id recommend this dentist but only if you dont mind being late for everything after. I turned up for my appointment and 25 minutes later still hadn't been seen. Lucky I was only in the chair for 60 seconds (Must have perfect teeth), also felt like I was a hinderance to both the dentist and the nurse. Luckily my appointments have been changed to once every 2 years.

Had an emergency appointment today arranged by 111 (Sunday). The dentist, dental assistant and receptionist were all lovely. Had an infected tooth removed, took it out really quickly and offered me to wait in the reception for a little while after the extraction. Would recommend.

Absolutley amazing service. I suffer with really bad anxiety, and both staff were so patient with me during and made me feel so comftable during an emergency appointment. I so wish i could remember there names so i can thank them personally on here. I felt like i was so annyoing for them, but they were so reassuring and kind. Honestly didnt feel a thing either! And i am so dramatic so id be honest! I really wouldnt reccomend anywhere else!

I was really nervous yesterday as the lady Hygienist I saw really hurt. Yesterday went well and both girls made me feel very comfortable. I am very impressed with how my teeth look now. Thanks to you both.

I managed to get an emergency appointment the next day through 111. Absolutely full of anxiety prior to my appointment, but the dentist was lovely and took the time to understand my situation which was hugely appreciated as no other dentist ever has. I'm not sure on his name, but I felt at ease in the room, and would happily have him as my regular dentist! Thank you🙌
