I received treatment twice at My Dentist, Radcliffe Gate, Mansfield, Notts, & can highly recommend this dental practice. Augustin Choy, & his dental nurse, Claire, are professional, friendly & reassuring. The filling Augustin did for me is so good & very smooth - best filling I've ever had! I'm normally so apprehensive about dental appointments, however everyone working at this dental practice, including the receptionists are so friendly, helpful & kind. Thank you all of you. I certainly won't be so apprehensive again!

Absolutely shocking as born in the uk and working paying NI never able to get an appointment unless its an emergency forcing people to go privet because its easyer than making the government pay them correctly the only people that should be privet are the people that are not born in this country ie the people that do not pay NI ridiculous, also giving 3 lots of times for appointments over the phone changing dates at the last minute dose not help a working parent they know how to get you kicked off the books when they make appointments then cancel them including the kids appointments dentist on holiday my bottom if the dentist is on holiday thats not our fault if the dentist is ill also not our fault. Changing appointments on the day are you real.

I needed an emergency appointment this week, not expecting to be able to get one immediately after a bank holiday weekend I phoned Tuesday morning and was lucky enough to he offered one the same day with Mr Choi. Unfortunately I needed a tooth extraction which meant I needed to go back again on the Wednesday. Mr Choi and his assistant went to great lengths to ensure I was comfortable and although it wasn’t the most pleasant of experiences, the tooth was taken out. I’ve seen Mr Choi and his assistant several times now, highly recommended and can’t fault the care they give you. Hopefully there’s no need to go back again for a few months!

I would highly recommend this Dentist. Whenever i go there i am always treated with respect and kindness. My dentist is always very polite . I just had a tooth extracted and he was very careful when he did so . He explained everything about the procedure.

Kirsty is the best hygienist that I’ve been treated by. She’s friendly, professional and thorough. She explains everything in detail but in a way that can be understood. I highly recommend her.

What a fantastic little dental practice Augustin and Clare were wonderful and calmed my nerves. Augustin was so gentle and kind which made the whole experience even better. It just shame I can’t bring the dog for a scale and polish, never mind the rest of the family are booked in. I highly recommend this practice, by the way the dental nurse on reception was also outstanding in the service she provided. 10/10 5 star ⭐
