Market Place Dental Care

I had a really positive experience at this dental practice. Shahnaz, the receptionist, was incredibly kind and helpful. She booked me in promptly for an emergency appointment and was just as lovely in person as she was on the phone. Dr Nikita redid my filling and was calm, thorough, and reassuring throughout the procedure. Her nurse assistant, Sneha, was especially thoughtful and made sure the bright lights didn’t trigger my migraines by giving me special yellow glasses, which made a huge difference. The whole team was caring, attentive, and professional. I felt genuinely looked after and would highly recommend this practice.

Been coming to this practice for years with my 2 children. Always seen the same Dentist who is friendly and efficient. Previous appointment was cancelled and was unable to get back in for around 6 months but we have no issues and they were just check ups. Previously, waiting times were long, have waited more than an hour past appointment time and had to cancel and reschedule. Todays visit was great, straight in on time, thorough checks provided to us all with a friendly service. We are NHS patients, which I know are hard to come by now. I would recommend this Dentist.

Always a fantastic experience with Dr Nadia. My daughter was terrified of the dentist until we met Dr Nadia. She’s kind and understanding, patient, friendly and welcomes you with the most beautiful smile. Can’t thank her enough for helping my daughter actually look forward to attending an appointment. 😁

I’m a person who is very frightened of dentist but I went in to see the dentist and I was instantly put at ease. The dentist talked me through any work that was needed. He took the time to make sure I was feeling okay. I can’t praise the dentist enough. I’m no longer scared of the dentist. The staff and nurse was welcoming and put you at ease. It starts as soon as you walk in the door the receptionists are so friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I've had consistently poor experiences at Market Place Dental Care. During my recent routine check-up with the NHS dentist, he arrived late at 9:08 AM to a full waiting room—yet again. If punctuality isn't a priority, is this the right profession for him? And why would management condone this? I explained my painful tooth and bleeding gums, but his spoken English was very difficult to understand, leaving me unclear on his full advice. When I asked if the tooth could be extracted (as 90% of it is filling anyway), he simply said no and advised leaving it alone. I reiterated that it was hurting, but he repeated the same response. That evening, my gums were still bleeding, and the tooth was throbbing intensely. Where is the genuine patient care here? I'd rather try to pull my own teeth than return to this practice. So as of now I have no dentists. Thanks a lot Market Place Dental Care. I plan to file a complaint to the ICB. My physical suffering is down to their lack of care and incompetence.

today i visited dr collins and he was amazing, he was polite and very friendly, he had salia with him and she was lovely too, both so much help! also i want to say thank you to shahnaz on reception very polite and very helpful! wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! thank you to lovely and caring staff 🙂

What a lovely place . My visit was 14:20 , mon 13 July . I have not been to a dentist in YEARS due to nerves from previous bad experiences. . The lady who took my call has a super caring voice and was very helpful , the dentist Dr Golshid Tajdini was so lovely , especially when I got in the chair and cried . I was just super scared . She put me at ease and dealt with my issue which I had already diagnosed the worse . When all I needed was a bit of filling . Will be going back to try and keep my nervousness at bay . Thank you 🤩
