Shine Dental Care Mansfield

I had my first appointment at Shine Dental Care after not seeing a dentist for several years, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the team were friendly, professional, reassuring, and very thorough. I was quite nervous beforehand, especially as I had some concerns I wanted checked, but the dentist took the time to listen, examine everything carefully, and explain things clearly without making me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. The treatment plan was explained in a straightforward and transparent way, and I left feeling much more reassured and confident about getting my dental health back on track. A really positive experience overall. I’m very glad I chose this practice and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and reassuring dental team.

I could not recommend enough! I was absolutely petrified to go to the dentist as I hadn't been in such a long time. The reception doesn't feel like a dentist, it instantly calmed me down when I walked in. Coire and his team reassured me so much and they made me feel so relaxed during my appointment. I have re booked in for my treatment and would now not go anywhere else. Thank you to the team there for being so brilliant, it wasn't so bad after all!

Amazing dentists. I attended with a real problem causing me severe pain and I walked out with total relief. My dentist, Henry, was amazing. He made the whole experience really stress free and was professional and compassionate to my situation. I was scared of going to the dentist but my experience here has made me feel totally at ease, and I’ll be coming here routinely from now on.

I’ve seen various members of this practice and find them all outstanding professionally and in how I am valued as a customer. Most recently I saw mark Franks and had composite bonding/ biockear on a front tooth. It was difficult as it was between a crown and implant but was completed within an hour and I can’t recommend enough. It has corrected a discoloured, uneven, worn receded tooth with a gap in one go! I can confidently smile again for the first time in years without putting my hand over my mouth! THANKYOU !

All of the staff were absolutely delightful. Mark knew he had a nervous patient and did everything he could to put me at ease and quickly analyse what the issue was. The technology they use and the photographs they showed me on a flat screen showing what the issue was I thought was extraordinary. After the appointment I left feeling far more relaxed and reassured along with a treatment plan going forward. I would highly recommend.

I’ve always been nervous of the dentists, especially after a negative experience with a different dental practice a couple of years ago. My experience here has been amazing, and it’s put me right at ease- everything is explained so clearly, and Mark has been the first dentist I’ve ever had that has eased my fears completely.
