Hall & Purchase Dental Practice

Just been for our usual 6 month check. For the second time running this truly awful dentist has managed to complete his 'check' in ONE minute! Seriously! It only took about one minute last time so this time I timed it. I walked in, HE was sat down, I've never seen a dentist sat down when I walked in before. I sat in the chair, he came over, said open wide, (no general courtesy comments like hello, how are you etc). Then said something about check up?? He then quietly mumbled a few things while he looked at my teeth, poor girl could not possibly have heard or understood any of it, then told me 'back in 6 months'. It was then I pointed out I had been having toothache in several teeth. He wasn't happy with that! He then said a few things I didn't understand and made a square shape with his hands which was to signify an x ray. I'm a pensioner and this guy is the worst dentist Hall and Purchase have EVER had, and I had my first appointment here in the 60s! The last one I had here was a Welsh guy and he was brilliant. The lady on the front was absolutely lovely, very courteous and smiley.

I have been at Hall and Purchase for the last 3 years and never had any issues! Just been in for my check and the dentist was amazing! After having a few dental issues before I attended, the dentist was more than happy to sit and listen to them. My check up was then done and the dentist took his time to explain the treatment I needed and what would benefit me the most. When I left surgery to go to reception the receptionist on the desk was so lovely and got me booked in for my appointment with no issues. I 100% recommend Hall and Purchase Warsop to anyone😁😁

I've been going to H&P for many years and I can't recommend them enough. The reception team are warm, professional and very accommodating. The dentist Nafees is exceptional, thorough, gentle, and pays attention to detail. He takes his time to explain everything in detail and answers all my questions. If you're someone who feels anxious about visiting the dentist, this is the place to go. What a fabulous team. *****

Lovely reception staff, helpful and quick at getting me booked in for some treatment out of my normal appointments. Dentists are nice and give good advice with ongoing treatment, and follow up appointments. Lovely to my children to get them used to dentists at an early age. Would recommend 👍

I have been with this dentist practice for over 50 years & all my family are registered with them. I have never been able to fault the service they provide & would not want to go elsewhere. They are always very helpful & friendly to me.

Small but friendly practice. Helpful staff and the dentists that I’ve seen are always professional and do an excellent job. I’ve had a flexi denture made and fitted and it needed tweaking which they were more than happy to sort and saw me straight after my checkup.

I have been a patient here for the last 22 years and then my children. I have always been met by friendly professionals staff and experienced great care and advice when I have asked for it. I can always get an appointment when I need one.
