I started my treatment in August 2025 and have now completed it in May 2026, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Because of my work schedule, it was difficult for me to attend regular appointments, but they made everything so convenient by giving me a device to scan my teeth from home. This made the whole process much easier and stress-free for me. I also paid in 0% interest instalments, which made the payments very manageable and convenient. I also received a whitening kit, which I’m about to start using now, and I’m so excited because my teeth already look amazing even before whitening. I can’t wait to see the final brighter results! We had an excellent experience with Dr. El-Hussein Mohamed throughout my daughter’s braces journey. From the very first consultation to the final results, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan clearly, making sure both my daughter and I felt comfortable and informed. His calm and friendly manner really helped ease any nerves she had at the beginning. Every appointment was handled with care and efficiency, and the progress was always carefully monitored. The results have been fantastic my daughter is so happy and much more confident with her smile. We’re truly grateful for the outstanding care and attention Dr. El-Hussein Mohamed provided. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

As they have a near monopoly in the area, they can get away with whatever they want. Waited more than 2 and a half years to get braces for my daughter. And even after our dentist had made an "emergency" referral as the situation was getting worse, had to wait 6 months. In the end, had to ring and be really forceful to get my child the care she needed. The staff at reception seem to be complete jobsworths. After she had finally been seen and xrays and scans done, we booked in with our dentist for the extractions needed. Even after 2 WEEKS, our dentist had not been sent the necessary files, so in the end he had to do his own xrays so that he could safely do the extractions! When we finally went to the appointment to get the braces on, the lady putting them on was more interested in the intense conversation she was having with her assistant about someone they know who was having therapy! As a result of not actually paying attention to the job at hand, her braces have not been fitted properly and we are having to find emergency care over the weekend! I would say avoid Turret Orhtodontics like the plague, but if you live in this area, you probably won't have any other choice.

I was a little disappointed with my recent visit. I arrived 7 minutes late to my appointment, but I had called ahead to inform the receptionist and was told that I should be fine and that the appointment would still go ahead. However, when I arrived, I was then told they couldn’t proceed with fitting my bottom braces. That said, later the same day the manager saw my review and took the time to call me personally. They were very understanding, rearranged another appointment for me, and made sure the issue was properly sorted. I really appreciated the follow-up and the effort to resolve the situation. Overall, the initial experience could have been handled better, but the customer service from management afterwards definitely improved things.

My daughter's fitting of top braces so far, was a process that exceeded expectations! From the first call I made, Fenella coordinated the treatment in an excellent, well-planned and quick way, always helpful for every query I raised. Thank you!

Absolutely do not go here! My orthodontist was very rude and my whole experience here was nothing but unpleasant. I had braces put on and they told me i would have them for 18 months, ended up being closer to 4 years. Had my teeth filed a bit at one appointment- I have extremely sensitive teeth and the dentist told me "it doesn’t hurt" when i said that i was in a lot of pain. very rude and just not a great experience. they have way too many patients therefore they can’t see them as often as they should. I was seen every 10 weeks which is far too long between brace appointments. Appalling
