Maple Dental

I have been coming to Maple Dentil since I was a little girl and have never been let down. Craig is an excellent dentist who I really trust and the rest of the staff are lovely. I recently had a filling redone, on my front tooth, and was a bit nervous but it all went smoothly and it’s near perfect!

Love going to the dentist - well almost! Great set-up with Craig and his team. Able to make appointments to suit my needs for both 3 monthly hygienist and 6 monthly check-ups. If I need extra work, it's completed promptly. Professional and polite staff who are happy to work with their clients.

Maple Dental clinic is a well run, efficient and caring practice. They are easy to deal with and schedule appointments - routine or more urgent need. They are thorough and work hard to offer treatment only when necessary, whilst actively trying to be pro-active.

I visited the hygienist Alison today . I’ve always dreaded going to see the hygienist and if I go , I have an injection for numbing off Craig beforehand.Alison helped me to overcome my fears and it was great to feel relieved and comfortable on leaving . I also saw Craig who is a wonderful dentist and thoroughly explains everything to you .All staff are very pleasant and helpful. Jackie Parker

I recently registered as a patient at Maple Dental. I found it to be very welcoming and all the people involved, from making my appointments to receiving my treatment were very helpful and above all very professional. I had a particular issue which I have had for a considerable time and was seemingly unable to have resolved elsewhere. Maple dental discussed various options and have resolved my issue with the final decision taken by myself to my satisfaction. I am extremely grateful to all involved thank you.

In response to Craig - hello Craig, thank yu for your response. I will not be bringing my daughter to your practice again I have registered elsewhere, many thanks Katie. Craig and his team are absolutely great however the same cannot be said about the reception area. On two occasions now I have had to wait in a queue even though there are two receptionists at the front desk only one of them working. I was greeted by Hanna who was lovely and welcoming, there is another receptionist who has blonde hair, she looked directly at me but carried on scrolling through her phone. looked at me again and went in to the room behind where they sit, did not even acknowledge me or oher people waiting. This is not a good look Craig, please sort this behaviour out, not a good look for the business.

Maple Dental offer a first class service. The phone is always answered quickly, receptionists are very friendly, appointments are always accommodated in an emergency. The dentists and dental hygienists are very knowledgeable and thorough and caring. I feel at ease knowing I am receiving the very best care.
