Great service. Thoughtful and kind staff. Dentist very professional and considerate, especially when dealing with a nervous patient like me. Everything was clean. Would highly recommend.

Went for in an initial appointment. My dentist, Billin Benny, was incredibly friendly, informative, upfront and transparent. I was very nervous, but not for long after walking into my appointment. He didn't sugar coat anything, but also didn't berate me for treatment needed (as I've had in the past elsewhere). Thoroughly explained the work needed after taking X-rays, and discussed with me the dental plan moving forwards in a way I could understand, but also with my opinion too. I have had the costs explained to me, and nothing is being done that doesn't need to be done. Reception are lovely and friendly as well, signing me up as NHS patient was no problem. 💖 Thanks so much 😍 a weight off my shoulders now the initial appointment has been done and a plan is in place. ✨

My previous dentist left the practice however I was assigned to Bilin Benny and he's been nothing but amazing. He listens, he cares and he's very personable. He's had to carry out 3 difficult treatments for me of which I'm very pleased with his work. Thanks very much.

I can’t recommend Smile Dentists in Urmston highly enough, especially the hygienist, but honestly the whole team deserves a mention — including the dentist. For years I’ve been genuinely anxious about going to the dentist. It’s something I’ve worried about and put off more than I should have. But every single time I visit Smile, that anxiety melts away. They are calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring, never rushed and never judgemental. The hygienist is absolutely fantastic — explains everything clearly, checks in constantly, and makes what could be a stressful appointment feel surprisingly comfortable. The dentist is just as brilliant: professional, kind, and always takes the time to make sure I’m at ease and understand what’s going on. It’s rare to say this about a dentist, but I actually feel relaxed when I’m there. If you’re someone who’s nervous or has had bad experiences in the past, I honestly couldn’t recommend Smile Dentists enough. They’ve completely changed how I feel about dental visits.

Definitely a 5 star dentist. My personal dentist Ross has made me feel nothing but comfortable and at ease. I have been scared of going to the dentist for years and have avoided it but after my first appointment with him I felt a lot less anxious about going and am so grateful to have such a friendly and caring dentist. Can not recommend them enough after living with so many broken teeth for years I’m finally getting my smile back. Thanks to everyone a smile.

Me and my son attended to see Bilin Benny and he is so reassuring, so kind and my 8 year old son even loved him and said he was the best dentist he has seen which I agree! He showed both of us X-rays and what could be seen and explained everything thoroughly. Honestly can’t recommend him enough. He is a credit to the practice.
