Yesterday was my first visit to Waters Green Dental, and I honestly had such a lovely experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The reception ladies were so warm, polite, and always smiling, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Roman was absolutely amazing — very professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the whole appointment. You can really tell he cares about his patients and works with great precision and attention to detail. His assistant was also incredibly kind and reassuring. I travelled from Manchester for this appointment, and it was completely worth it. I can already say this will probably become the clinic I’ll choose whenever I need dental care in the future. Dr Jelena is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly careful in her work. She always makes sure every treatment is completed to the highest possible standard, and you can really see the attention to detail in the results. The staff at the clinic are also very friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. Even though the clinic isn’t local to me, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. All treatments have been carried out to the highest standard — always quick, reliable, and done with real care. I highly recommend Dr Jelena and her team.

I went to Water Green Dental Clinic today, and I have to say, it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. In the past, I’ve been to many dentists, and even with local anaesthetics, the treatments were always scary and uncomfortable. But today was the first time I felt completely calm — the entire procedure was painless and free of discomfort. The staff were absolutely delightful, welcoming, and professional. Tomas did an amazing job restoring a large, crumbling filling. Honestly, the tooth looks better than my natural ones, and I can’t even feel the difference. I’m genuinely impressed and so grateful to have found this clinic. Highly recommend!

i didnt go to a dentist for 40 years because prev bad exprience having tooth extraction expirience .until i had to go i went to waters green dental practice .i was so nervous .i had a examnation well i never seen so caring dentists so gentle they rebuilt my front teeth and what teeth i had saved .amazing now i go on a regular basis iam no longer nervous .a big thankyou
