After repeatedly explaining I have autism with sensory issues and struggle with dentures, I feel completely ignored and let down. My newest dentures is a massive clump of plastic that even prevents me from swallowing my own spit comfortably nor am I able to eat. I left the dentist last week totally overwhelmed. When I came home and compared the new dentures with my old partial one I am questioning who they were made for. Not me that's for sure. I will be going back to give them a chance to correct it but if the dentist keeps arguing with me because she thinks she know me better than I do, then I will be walking out and look for a new dentist. It is very common that autistic people struggle with dentures. We don't want teeth for vanity, we want to be able to eat.

I had a lovely experience visiting mydentist today. I am quite nervous of the dentist but did not have to worry. My treatment was quick and pain free with Shalvi. And the receptionist and dental nurses were great.

I've been with Brock St "My dentist" for a while now and have always been happy with the services received. I had to visit the surgery recently for a checkup and having broken a tooth that was now extremely painful asked what could be done. Roquia managed to fit me in and carried out an extraction that was incredibly efficient, virtually painless and healed very quickly. Probably the best extraction I've had done. From admin to medical staff I can thoroughly recommend this dentist.

I've always somewhat had a fear of the dentist. In fact, I hadn't been to one for a number of years until recently. Following an initial check-up and cleaning, I decided on a second appointment to get a chipped front tooth and a few other fillings sorted at MyDentist. Shalvi and her assistant were brilliant in showing me through the options, talking through the procedures, and allowing me to take small breaks if it got too much for me. In regards to my front tooth, you honestly cannot tell it had been chipped before. I'm absolutely over the moon with the result of their work.

Fantastic treatment from Sony and Gail. Not a huge fan of dentist and needles. They both made the whole process of have a filling and a clean so painless.

Terrible service. Had an appointment as I had tooth ache waited an hour asked to see how long and the receptionist had not booked me in and missed my appointment. now have to have another day off work to ring an emergency dentist. no apologise.

45 min wait from appointment time for an appointment that took less than 5 mins, rushed through to make up time?. Arrived early so not to waste dental time. Understand there are emergency appointments but no warning of delay means having to cancel other things at short notice. Last visit delayed 25 mins which seems nothing compared to today.
