Synergy Dental Macclesfield

Awful since taken over years ago. Penny was the best and she left. Rude receptionist who hasn’t helped me despite me being a vulnerable patient who needed urgent care. She spoke over me, spelt my name wrong numerous times, kept telling me the same answer without actually listening to what I needed, it was like talking to a brick wall. Absolutely unhelpful and unprofessional. The dentists do not even clean teeth properly.

My whole experience with synergy dental macclesfield was itself fantastic.i had a broken tooth which I had gone to another dentist in the macclesfield area.unfortunately that experience was terrible.treating me as a commodity not a human being.synergy dental was completely the opposite. I was treated by Michael who put me at ease straight away.told what was needed how it was going to happen and just keeping me informed throughout the procedure. I was happy with the the end result after having 2 months with the broken tooth. Thank you again synergy dental with your professionalism.

Booked a consultation and paid my fee, two weeks later at 4.30 pm Friday they cancelled on me and rearranged for the following Saturday then a week later at 3.30 on Friday they did exactly the same but told me I couldn’t get an appointment for 3 weeks now so I asked for a refund and was told to send an email with my reasons for wanting one !!!!!! Three weeks later I’ve not received my refund and have been told it could take 30 days. Absolute disgrace of a place avoid like the plague

I saw the lady dentist, sorry forgotten her name!! She is so friendly and welcoming, really looks after me. I'm quite nervous going g to the dentist, but always have a good experience. I feel I am checked to a high standard, a d am very satisfied

Easy to make an appointment online or in person. Clean bright surroundings. Cameron gave me a thorough explanation of my checkup … happy to say ‘no fillings today’ .. people of a certain age will recognise the saying!!

I went to see Mak (Makinder Dhinsa) in August of 24 to discuss a complex job repairing my teeth. I have always grinded my teeth in my sleep and over last year they has started to break and become very worn down. From day 1 he made me feel totally at ease and explained the process, talked through the costs and length of time the work would take. Mak ( and Holly) put me at ease and I trusted what I was being told, it wasn't sugar coated or exaggerated to get more business. From that day to yesterday (Oct 2nd ) when the work was finally completed the total experience was great. The whole team were friendly and helpful. The work I had done was complex and I had a couple of wobbles along the way as I have always been nervous about the dentist, but when I saw the completed look ,I couldn't help but cry. (Sorry Mak. lol ) Any questions or concerns I had were answered professionally and I felt really comfortable the whole way through, even on the 6 hour appointment !. I totally recommend Mak and the team for a fantastic service.

Michael is great, very gentle, patient and took his time, highly recommend! I can tell the practice is very well managed and the entire team is very knowledgeable and eager to help, 5* speedy, thorough service!
