Roe Street Dental Practice Macclesfield

I really liked the dentist, he made me feel comfortable all the way through having 3 fillings. Very informative, smiles all round. I'm a new patient with roe st, I visited again to see the hygienist and they did an incredible job removing my tea stains.

From start to finish for my Invisilign treatment I could not fault Roe Street Dental. Every appointment was easy and concise with no issues along the way. Dr Bilal listens carefully to what you want out of your treatment and caters to provide your desired finish. I am completely happy with my end results and would recommend to anyone.

Having called this morning to book an emergency appointment I was informed I had been struck off the NHS side. Fair enough, I missed an appointment (that’s 1 appointment) now they would only see me on a private basis. When I voice my concerns about this to the lady at the desk I was met by extreme defensiveness and almost aggression demanding me to repeat my self over and over again. I would have been happy to have continued at this practice on a private basis but why on earth would I do this when the customer service was so poor. There’s 10 other dentists in a 2 miles radius, I’ll try else where

Huge thank you to Dr. Bilal, Milly and the brilliant reception team for squeezing me in last minute to get my front tooth fixed. I was very stressed about getting it fixed as I had a big presentation the next day, and the lovely receptionist moved some people around to fit me in. Cannot thank her enough!! Dr. Bilal was very kind and did a fantastic job, Milly was great too!

I saw the hygienist arun today. What a lovely gentleman he was. Very calm and collective. He was gentle while he cleaned my teeth. Took his time but also gave me breaks in between to rest my mouth. Also asked me several times how I was. Advised me how to keep my teeth clean and how to floss regularly. A brilliant hygienist at roe street. Look forward to seeing him again in 6 months time.

Great dental practice, hadn’t been to the dentist in years and they looked after me quickly and efficiently and resolved my issues. Great customer service

Lovely friendly environment. I always feel relaxed about my visits & they are very accommodating if I have a problem. I have been at this practice for years and have total confidence in their friendly, professional approach
