After waiting 4 years with Stockport NHS for braces for my son , Didi and the team have been amazing appointment have been prompt and supportive and within a couple of months we have now got an appointment for my son to have his braces , the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond thank you
Another trip to get my daughter’s braces adjusted. She doesn’t do discomfort very well (blame me for that !), but the staff are amazingly kind with her. Also great to see the effort they’ve made for today (Haloween). Looking forwards to our next visit !
Both of my daughters have had block and fixed braces here and the service we have always received has been outstanding. Very friendly and efficient reception staff who helped to sort out a few initial admin problems from the dentist with ease. The clinical staff are always extremely professional and again friendly and great with the children. Brilliant practice!
Really informative staff who explain the treatments and after care so well. All staff we have encountered are friendly, warm and reassuring and really put my daughter at ease when having her braces fitted. A very professional and knowledgeable practice, highly recommended.
Macclesfield Orthodontics has been great. My daughter had to be referred for a surgical extraction prior to having braces. Didi in reception could not have been any more helpful in getting the referral all set up and ensuring the dental surgeon had all the information required, and kept us informed at all times. Rose has just had the braces fitted by Kelly, who was also great. Explained everything really well and was reassuring. Didi and Kelly are brill - friendly, efficient and customer centric communicators 😊
My daughter has been coming here for her braces, and we’ve always had a great experience. She developed a slight lump in her mouth that had me quite concerned. Dr. Sara Davies was absolutely amazing she was so kind, reassuring, and incredibly prompt in addressing the issue. Her professionalism and care made a big difference for both of us.
