My experience of Insley Dental Practice. Friendly, positive and professional. Having undergone a dental implant was all new territory to me and I can recommend Insley Dental Practice. I really felt the care and compassion especially from Sarah and Dr Bayan Al-Kassab. Thanks to you and all your staff. You have a fantastic team.

This was my first appointment with Insley Dental Practice - and what a welcome! Everyone was so lovely and was looked after by Dr. Rashi and her assistant Lora - it was like meeting old friends 😀 I paid £89 for a full medical and dental check-up, 2 x-rays and will be going back for a proper good clean of my teeth next week. Fabulous location with parking. A very clean reception and fantastic receptionists. Jane had been in touch with me for a few weeks prior and she is extremely friendly and helpful 🙂 5 stars!

Friendly, helpful and polite staffs from receptionist, assistant and dentist. Dr. Rashi is very informative and giving options and suggestions on what you need to do. Overall, its an amazing experience.

From my first contact on a monday morning thebwhole process was made to feel comfortable and reassuring. Add to that a last minute 'fit me in' on Tuesday for further emergency treatment and all I can say is what a superb service. Reassuring throughout with friendly communication and putting me at ease, a great thing for those who dont like the dentist, I can say they cater well for the patient. Many thanks for the great relief from my abcess, a much needed relief. Friendly and profesional support by all; from Jane hosting recption to Rashi doing the dental work, along with all of the support staff, it was a breeze to attend. I would highly recomend them.

I had a very positive experience at Insley! Everyone from the receptionist, apprentice and dental nurse were all lovely and made me feel at ease! My appointment was with Rashi, she also made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly. My teeth feel so much better coming away from my appointment, I would highly recommend especially if you’re a nervous patient!
