Robin Smith Dentist

I have been a patient of Robin's for eleven years. I was a nervous patient and dreaded going to the dentist before I became a patient of Robin. Robin's team are absolutely brilliant with nervous patients like me. They allow extra time and their care and attention is always absolutely first class. Over time, I have come to know them all well and I am now far more comfortable and relaxed when I need treatment. I would have no hesitation in recommending Robin particularly if your experience of other dentists has left you feeling uneasy or worried. I would also recommend Denplan. This will help to limit the cost of routine check-ups and treatment. Update - 14th March 2022 I had the first part of a three stage Root Canal treatment this morning. Once Robin had administered the local anesthetic, and I was completely numb, I experienced no pain or discomfort whatsoever during the procedure. I would describe today's treatment as similar to a large filling. The anesthetic wore off after about six hours and still no pain. Robin, Wendy and Katie were all brilliant - calming and reassuring throughout. These people know what they are doing - it's great to know that you are in very safe hands.

Today I had my first appointment with Robin, the standard of care I received was second to none. All of the staff members were so friendly and helpful. During my appointment Robin made me feel completely at ease and told me exactly what he was doing at every stage. At the end of the appointment he talked me through the X-rays and gave me useful tips to prevent tooth decay and gum disease. Super professional, would highly recommend to anyone looking to change dentist.

Robin is a great dentist who is very knowledgeable and thorough, but also friendly gentle and makes you feel at ease. All the staff at the practice (receptionists, nurse, hygienist ...) are friendly and very professional. I am happy I picked this as my dentist.

I was visiting my sister in Macclesfield for a family party on Saturday evening. Whilst out shopping my front cap broke off, we found Robin Smith on the web and he put himself out to open the surgery at 5pm Saturday evening to sort my tooth out. He managed to temporarily secure my tooth to last until I could get to my own dentist. Thank you so much Robin for sorting it out, I managed to enjoy a fabulous family party Saturday evening thanks to you.

Great team and always excellent service whether you're there for a routine check up or squeezed in for an emergency appointment. Even made wisdom teeth removal not too painful!
