Paul Smith Dental Care

My concern at yesterdays appointment, was that I was told I needed a filling, which was fair enough. However, I was not told about the cost of the treatment before hand, until I went to reception afterwards. Yes, partly my fault, I should of asked before. What with paying Denplan it's not cheap. Seriously thinking about my options as when I got home my wife went through the roof.

I recently went to Paul Smith dental practice following a recommendation from a friend. I have to say that it is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. So much care was taken with the initial examination and I am looking forward to the treatment prescribed. I have already recommended the practice to another of my friends who has already made an appointment. Lovely friendly staff and a super dentist.

Arrived at Paul Smith Dental Care by recommendation. Am delighted with the professional care received during my treatment. Paul, Jackie and Pip are good at what they do and are nice people too.

Absolutly brillient! I phoned early Monday morning with an abscess on a molar. I was seeing Paul soon after 11am. At the risk of making him blush he was so good. Very reassuring to this very slightly stressed 70+ year old. Explained everything without talking down to me. I came away with antibiotics and minus a wisdom tooth. It was so much more of a positive experience than it could have been. Thank you Paul

I've being going to Paul's dental practice for 37 years. In all those years I have received excellent service. The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. Emma my hygienist explains everything thoroughly, provides an excellent service and offers advice. Paul my dentist, always make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Again, he provides great dental care and I trust him to provide any treatment that is necessary. If you have experienced traumatic dental treatment, as I did in my childhood with another dentist, then I would highly recommend Paul Smith Dental Care. They offer a personal and professional service. If that isn't enough for you...the staff also give up their own time to raise money for charity!

Just wanted to say Paul, and Emma have been looking after my teeth for over 30 years, every single time I need any help they're there, and the work they do is 100% It's a culture there, because Pip on reception, the other dental assistants- infact everyone I've met in the building is great. Pip is always ahead of the curve and just like, Paul, Emma and everyone else - delivers a first class service. Thanks for everything all. Steve

Have recommended this practise to so many people. Have always been very happy with all the treatments I have had over the years. Paul and Emma are the best team and the practise over all is so friendly and welcoming.
