Lovely practice with lovely staff members. Saw Dr.Shahid who was very swift and effective- highly recommend- dental nurse was also brilliant and lovely! Thank you once again.

Reception staff are always pleasant and helpful. Dentist is gentle & considerate. Have been very happy with dental treatment here.

Took my 4 year old son their today and lovely welcome by the ladies at reception the dentist was awesome sorted all problems and made my son feel very comfortable and talked to him gentle. Gave him a sticker at the end and very pleased with the practice!

Called 27th May 2026 - apparently they do cater for NHS but their NHS dentist is on holiday until middle of July! So - no NHS then!

PLEASE AVOID AVOID the orthodontist (Dr Meera) in this practice as she doesn’t know what she’s doing! She kept making us run back and forth to the hospital to have X-rays and then back to her just to tell us today that she refuses to go ahead with the treatment for my teenage daughter. Every now and then she missed an hour or so from school for her appointments to discuss about her braces. This morning she had appointment after her X-ray done in hospital, Dr Meera gave us an option about her having removable braces at first for 18 months then my daughter can have 4 adult teeth’s out and then train track braces should be given, we agreed and few minutes later she completely changed her mind and said I will not be able to do it, it’s best you go through hospital consultant orthodontist. We called her manager to complain and for Dr Meera to provide in writing why she changed her mind in the middle of treatment and why isn’t she able to continue as an orthodontist. If she’s qualified if not then why is she in the dentist in the first place. After the letter is given to us we will take this into further investigation. As I am not happy at all and my poor daughter was under her treatment. Otherwise other dentists and receptionist here are excellent with their jobs except this lady.

Everytime I visit this dentist from about 12 years old to 20 years old they say I need fillings every year, the last time they gave me this news I left them and didn't get it done as I look after my teeth, I went private to get this verified, it's been about 6 years of me going private twice a year and they haven't said I needed a filling once even on the tooth this Sundon dentist said I needed a filling on. Wish I never came here.

Went in today asking for an emergency appointment, only had private but gave me one within 45 minutes. Shahid and his assistant Rebecca were amazing, I’m not the best at the dentist but they helped reassure me and keep me calm, and extracted 2 teeth with minimal pain. A really nice team from the receptionists to the dentists, would definitely come back again if they were taking NHS patients
