I just had a dental extraction with PRF at Healthy Smiles today and I’m genuinely impressed. From the moment I walked in, every step of the process was explained to me in simple terms without confusion, no ambiguity and fear of the unknown. The team made me feel calm and taken care of. The procedure itself was smooth, top notch and way more comfortable than I anticipated. The dentist took time to explain aftercare too, especially how PRF will help with healing. When I rang the practice and explained the situation to Dr. Kumar Thanki, he immediately offered me an appointment—within just an hour. From the moment I walked in, I felt a sense of relief. Dr. Kumar treated not only my tooth, but also the mental stress I was carrying. The pain was eased almost instantly, and he handled the situation with incredible professionalism, warmth, and care. I’m not someone who trusts easily—but in that moment, I knew I was in safe hands. Now, Dr. Kumar is our family dentist, and even my 6-year-old is completely at ease with him. The practice is spotless, modern, and equipped with high-tech facilities, and big private parking. The service was truly outstanding—professional, compassionate, and efficient. Highly recommended to anyone seeking expert dental care with a human touch.

I recently had a tooth extraction plus a filling done at Healthy Smiles. As a nervous dental patient I was immediately put at ease by both Kumar and Minal. I had some blood drawn which was not a 'sharp scratch' at all I didn't feel a thing. The procedure went very smoothly with every step clearly explained. The care plan was clearly communicated before the procedure along with the after care instructions. My first time going to a dentist and I was not disappointed! The entire procedure, from a root canal to a crown and fillings, was completed in less than a month and was absolutely painless. Definitely worth the cost, I highly recommend!

This is the best dentist I have ever used. Easy and quick appointments, explained any work needed clearly and all work carried out at the surgery (no need to refer you to another surgery).
