I want to leave a review of the Dentist I saw on Thursday, the 26th Feb. Krishna is amazing. I am not the best patient when it comes to visiting the Dentist. Past experiences have made me wary. Then I met Krishna. What a difference she has made to my confidence at the Dentist. She is a true professional, shows a genuine interest and offers a level of care way beyond the extra mile. What an asset to your Company. I hope you take care and look after her. She deserves recognition for her efforts and expertise.

The relaxing atmosphere and the way Dr.Kay made me feel at ease before, during and after my tooth extraction was very impressive. The local aneathetic was very effective indeed and I felt nothing when he did successfully remove it, Which was unlike my experience at a previous dentist elsewhere that had attempted but couldn’t. Many thanks indeed to Dr.Kay and his team. We shall surely be returning as family to keep our oral health in check and well monitored henceforth. BBI Fri.13.02.2026

It’s very unprofessional that they’ve canceled my child’s appointment twice in the last two months—both times on the day of the appointment. What’s even more frustrating is that after canceling, they’ve asked me to call the surgery again to rebook. This suggests a lack of organization and competence. If possible, I’d recommend avoiding this practice.

I wouldn't recommend this practice at all. My mum went to get a tooth extraction. The receptionist is rude and booked the wrong appointment twice. My mum has mobility issues. The chair downstairs was broken so she had been climbing steeps stairs which has been hard for her. She nearly tripped on the top stair. Not ideal for people with mobility issues.

After 23 years I finally found nhs dentist dr Humaira who actually cares, I have many dental issues, she listens to my concerns and does job with details. Professional and friendly. I love her. Highly recommended her. Also I must add amazing receptionist, lady with long hair, understanding and helpful EVERY time.

Krishna is very good with her job. She always looks after me every time I go, I get anxious at dentists. But Krishna is always reassuring and understanding, Im really glad I've got her as my dentist.
